The condo is dated and the AC was out the entire week of our stay. They thankfully set up portable units to make it bearable. Hottest week of the summer! Only one parking pass so that’s a struggle. Beach is close and directly across the street and very nice. Pool is small.

Long weekend at the beach

Location was great for the price! Not right on the beach but a short walk away! Pool and hot tub on site were very nice as was splash pad area for kids. Overall a great place and very happy with our trip!

Amazing place !! We were beyond happy with this place. Large bedrooms and kitchen. The master bathroom is amazing. Definitely would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! Everything was what we expected and more. The only complaint is that we thought the pool would be heated and it wasnt, but the kids didnt seem to mind. We would definitely stay here again!

Great April Stay

Great place to stay!

My family and I loved staying here during our vacation. While there someone hit our vehicle while parked. Kudos to the security guard for tracking down the person responsible. We will definitely be back.

This condo was very nice and the location is perfect! It was my first time at this condo and we stayed for five weeks. The pool and hot tub were super nice and the property was well cared for and safe. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. We had a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico which was really nice.

Great location across the street from the Gulf. Gated community with security. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath units with gourmet kitchens. Luxurious master bath. Walking distance to Surf Hut restaurant.

Another Great Trip!

We've stayed in this beautiful condo several times. It's in a convenient location and is always wonderful! The owner takes pride in thier property, and the condo is very confortable with everything you need! Even though the weather was a little cool, the heated pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed! The beach is beautiful and just across the street. Sunsets are spectacular! Communications with iTrip were easy as they were always quick to respond with any questions. We can't wait to get back! Pros-Property is decent and the condo was pretty clean. No issues with any of the appliances, There were a ton of beach toys in the closet to use at the beach. There is an elevator and carts to use to carry stuff up. The hot water heater accommodated all of us with no issues and water pressure was great. Cons-The furniture is getting pretty wore down from multiple use. The mattresses, especially the pull out couch bed was kind of wore out. The ceiling fan light in the master bedroom did not work and the pull cord was missing so that was annoying. There is only one pool and hot tub and it stays crowded, but the kids still had fun. The beach is close by, but people that own the condo right on the beach didn’t like us setting up our umbrella down in front of the rental chairs, so don’t assume this condo has rights to the beach even though it has access to it. I rated a 4 on cleanliness because the floor was clean but if you moved any furniture, you found other people’s items and could tell the furniture was not swept under. And even though it sleeps 8, there were never enough towels, so we washed towels constantly. The back porch balcony light blinks and doesn’t work right. We had a good time, but it was a little overpriced in my opinion.

Luxury condo top floor!

My family stayed at this resort for the first time in Destin for all of us and we were very happy with our stay and everything that was very close walking distance and or 5-10 minute drive away! The beach was very nice and so close!! If we stay again I’ll bring cabinet locks!! That was the only part that was a downfall our daughter is 19 months old and was wanting to drag everything out of them! But very lovely place

My family of 7 stayed here-a mix of adults and kids. We had absolutely everything we could have needed in a comfortable environment for all. The primary bathroom is stunning and all the amenities worked as expected.

Home Away From Home!

We enjoyed our stay here! The condo was updated and spacious. The ceilings are high so it makes it feel so open. The master bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I really appreciated that there were extra trash bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. One less thing to buy and worry about. I was "nervous" about crossing the street to walk to the beach. Oh my word, it was SO close. Traffic stops for you and the walk was maybe 2 minutes. I feel like this location is so close to all of the restaurants and shopping! We would 100% stay here again!!!

Always a Great Time!

Great location! Easy walk to beach. Condo is clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week! Pool and hot tub were enjoyable as well for the kids. Look forward to a return sooner than later!
