We sincerely apologize that the temperatures during your stay made parts of the house uncomfortable. While the home is typically cooled by the bedroom window air-conditioning units along with the lake breeze and open windows, we understand that the unusually warm weather during your visit did not provide the level of comfort you expected. Guest comfort is very important to us, and based on your feedback, we are adding an additional window air-conditioning unit to help keep the living areas cooler during warmer periods.
