We do wish we had heard from you during your visit. We’re always reachable throughout every stay, and had we known about the cleanliness concerns or missing items, we would have gladly sent our cleaning team back, swapped out linens, and brought over anything you needed. We take pride in resolving issues quickly, and it’s disappointing that we didn’t get that chance. That said, we’ve taken your comments to heart. We’ve followed up with our cleaning team about the standards you described, and we’re reviewing the linens, pillows, sofa, and rugs for replacement or deep cleaning. We’re also checking whether the iron went missing and restocking basic toiletries and pantry staples like sugar, which are normally provided. Regarding the location, our listing photos are meant to show the water view, and we’ll review the description to make sure the distance to the lake is clear. As for the air conditioning, the unit is a specialty model required by the size of the space. We’ve found the condo cools quickly, so turning it off while enjoying the deck makes for a much quieter outdoor experience. We’ll add a note about this to our guest guide. Regarding the kayaks — our guestbook does outline that a hill is involved in getting them to the water, but we appreciate the nudge to make that more prominent in the listing itself so future guests can plan accordingly. We also welcome guests to contact us during their stay if anything comes up. On the WiFi, we advertise this property as an "unplug" retreat and note that connectivity can be spotty during peak times, which can affect streaming — but that's another area we'll look at clarifying more clearly upfront.
