WELCOME TO WAVE N' SEA! This modern romantic 2 bedroom plus 2 lofts Cottage is small but mighty. We want our beautiful cozy home to feel welcoming and most importantly, a feel of a "home away from home" feel. We personally make sure our home is meticulously cleaned after every guests stay. Tranquil atmosphere. BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED!

Nestled just off the scenic Bluewater highway, your Surfside getaway awaits at this charming modern 2-bedroom house. RECENTLY UPDATED. Ocean and Bay views, and just a short walk to the beach!

LOCATION:
Located on the county beach which gives you access to drive along the beach, yet in a quiet community of San Luis Beach subdivision and away from crowd, which adds to truly relaxing atmosphere. Go kayaking, fishing, crabbing, surfing or just relaxing on a beach or an evening BONFIRE on the beach. Play in the sun all day, and then cozy up on the deck for an amazing sunset view!

BEDROOMS:
Sleeps comfortably 6 people and can accommodate up to 8. Furnished with Queen size bed in each room plus 2 LOFTS each with Double size bed and a Queen air mattress in the Living room.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee-maker (drip and Keurig), blender, toaster, Air fryer oven combo countertop, and appliances. Wine glasses, wine opener, martini glasses, shot glasses and shaker. The kitchen window provides the same ocean view as the living room. Enjoy the view while cooking. Dining table seats 6

BATHROOM:
Shower and toilet only. Hair dryer, iron and board

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Covered porch, deck with outdoor furniture and dining table seats 6 people. Downstairs has a charcoal grill, picnic table, and an outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off the sand after time spent at the beach.

Some other amenities include smart tv’s in the living room, washer and dryer, and high-speed internet access. Several board games, cards, and dominoes.

Fresh, Clean bed linens, pillow cases, bath towels, kitchen towels, 3 trash bags, 1 roll paper towel, dish detergent and sponge, shampoo and body wash are provided.

All bedding (quilts, sheets, pillowcases), bath towels, kitchen towels, bathroom/kitchen rugs are washed after every stay. Every mattresses are covered with protectors for your safety and cleanliness.
