Wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for our group of 12. The short walk to the beach was great. It was wonderful to have the pool and grill there as well! Definitely want to go back again next year!

It was a great short walk to the beach. The kids would walk both ways morning and night. The dock was great for fishing. The pool was small but perfect! It was just covered enough the kids could swim in while it was raining. The only thing I can say is the mattress upstairs are not super comfortable for adults. But overall it was a great week at the beach.

The house was absolute perfection and so close to the beach. THe home has tons of room and the view is fantastic. It was so easy and simple to work with the owner. He was also extremly responsive! We will be back!

There were nine of us for a family vacation. Our previous house at OIB had changed listing agents so we had to find another house while hoping not to be disappointed. We were not! The space is lovely and the owner is so attentive to any communication. It’s an easy walk to the beach, has a great kitchen for meal prep and is cozy and quiet. The pool is an added bonus after a day at the beach! We plan to return.

Upon arrival, the home was not guest-ready. After communicating with host, this was quickly rectified. This location was perfect for families and beach-lovers. The house’s two-car garage space for parking was great and the kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. The small pool was fine for a quick dip.There were several televisions, in various rooms of the house, but only a limited number worked. The couch on the screened in porch showed great signs of deterioration, and debris was very noticeable around it.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would happily return. The home is spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped for a relaxing vacation. The pool was on the smaller side but for adults, it was no problem. Our family enjoyed the outdoor living space —clean, inviting, and perfect for spending late afternoons outdoors. We also loved the canal-front location and private dock, which provided easy access for dropping the boat in water and venturing out to some secluded beaches and islands.The layout of the home worked well for our group. The neighborhood was quiet, and the property offered a great balance of privacy and convenience.The home had modern amenities and there was a very nice master shower. Vacation homes for us do not need to be like a 5 star resort experience and we had what we needed.Overall, this is an excellent vacation rental with a great waterfront setting, which was a first for us taking the boat and plenty of space to relax. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.And the stand alone ice maker was an extra added bonus! Great idea!
