The Space
Inside, the home features an inviting open floor plan with large living and dining areas designed for comfort and easy entertaining. The updated kitchen includes double ovens, a range top, breakfast nook, island, and bar seating for casual meals. A den provides a flexible space for an office, reading nook, or creative studio, while a hobby room invites you to pursue passions or projects. Tile floors throughout the common areas ensure a polished look, while carpeted bedrooms add warmth and comfort.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, and plenty of closet space
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, adjacent to full guest bath

Location
Located in Indio, this home is just a short drive from shopping, dining, and the lively attractions of Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

Electricity Surcharge (JUN-SEPT)
During the months listed above there is a $750/month electric surcharge. This is due to the extreme heat in the area and the pricing is not included in the rates. This amount will be pro-rated for any partial months of the booking.

Additional Policies & Rules
• Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 55+ years of age (also a requirement to register to use any of the community amenities)
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
