The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests.



Primary Suite: King bed, sitting area with direct patio access, walk-in closet, and spacious en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Guest Bedroom: King bed with easy access to the nearby full guest bathroom.

Bonus Room: Full-size futon provides additional sleeping flexibility for extra guests.

Important Rental Information

Minimum stay: 30 nights

Age requirement: At least one guest must be 55 years of age or older, in accordance with Sun City Shadow Hills community regulations.

The individual making the reservation must also be the person checking in and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

Reservations that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to occupy the property, and compensation will not be provided.

Pet Policy



This is a dog-friendly home.



Dogs only (maximum of 2)

A non-refundable pet fee (plus applicable taxes) applies per pet, per stay.

Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them to avoid additional charges.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces, the private patio, and hot tub.



During your stay, you'll also enjoy access to the outstanding amenities at Sun City Shadow Hills, including multiple pools and spas, fitness centers, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, billiards, card rooms, the library, and scenic walking paths. Community amenities are available in accordance with HOA rules and may require guest registration.



Please note that Sun City Shadow Hills is a gated, age-restricted (55+) community. At least one guest staying in the home must be 55 years of age or older. The registered guest who makes the reservation must be present at check-in and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

Sun City Shadow Hills is a peaceful residential community. Guests are asked to respect neighbors by keeping noise and music at reasonable levels, especially outdoors. Community noise regulations are strictly enforced, and violations may result in citations or fines.

Nearby destinations include the Empire Polo Club (home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals), Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, Palm Desert's El Paseo shopping district, casinos, hiking trails, and numerous championship golf courses. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area, making it easy to enjoy local dining and entertainment without driving.

Interaction with Guests:

To comply with HOA requirements, all guests must complete a community access form prior to arrival. An in-person check-in at our office is also required before accessing the property.

During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary guest, provide your welcome packet, review important property information, and issue your keys.

Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present at check-in and must be at least 55 years of age, in accordance with community regulations.

Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please contact us before your arrival so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.
