Vacation Condo Oasis

Excellent property. Very clean & well maintained facility. Liked the decor and relaxed feel of the condo. Decent furniture — the couch and living room chairs were quite comfortable. Nice view of the bay and some of the ocean side. The property had a very nice deck area next to the beach/ocean to relax and read. Nice extra. Most importantly very reliable, accommodating customer service, We had a few issues which they addressed very quickly. Bryan, our contact, was excellent in responding. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Communication Issues

Our actual unit was unavailable due to a major maintenance issue, but we were not told until the day of when we were already in route. They tried to move us to another unit that was not clean or up to the standards of what we booked. I ended up finding another available unit in the main building, for check in the next day. Through the fractured communication we agreed to shift our reservation by a day (keep the 4 days originally booked). They called us on our next to last day saying we were supposed to be checked out and our room was dirty. After several messages and calls while we were out of the unit, we were able to get it worked out. A partial refund was promised but not honored as of yet.

amazing condo!!

this is the second time this summer my family and i stayed here! we love it. the condo is beautiful. plenty of space for us, nicely decorated, super clean and great view. check in process was easy and communication with the property manager was always super easy and never a hassle with them. having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus for us. also the kitchen www supplied with everything we need to cook. we love the the walk to the beach is so short. pools and grounds are always kept so clean. we will definitely come back here every summer.

Perfect Retreat

We loved this property. It was very clean and had a peacful vibe. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Check in was easy. Staff was helpful when I had questions. Overall a great experience.
