🏡 Our home provides you with all the essentials plus more. Here’s what to expect: kitchen appliances, ALL cooking essentials, coffee station, bathroom essentials (plenty of towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, even brush/comb/hairties, feminine products too!) bedding with double duvets, comfortable pillows and sheets. Pool towels. Ice maker.

We comfortably sleep 6. An air mattress and bedding is provided for a 7th guest to sleep on. We have a (1) portable crib available. Parking is available in garage, driveway or street. The neighborhood is safe. House Exterior has lights if you are arriving after sunset. >>> Pool heater currently not functioning.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Waxahachie. Everything was incredibly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in, and it truly felt like a home away from home.The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the location was perfect. We’re so grateful for the care and attention that clearly went into hosting. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent place to stay. The hot tub heater and jets were not working but I do not believe they were advertised as working. Just a picture of the hot tub over the pool. Regardless, the place was fantastic, comfortable, came stocked with unopened ice creams and other goodies. Host was super responsive and allowed a late check out for a small fee. We would come back given the opportunity!

Easy check-in, plenty of parking, Pet freindly, Ana was a wonderful host, wonderful pool and play area for kids. Convenient location, We had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Cozy living area, comfortable king sized bed, kitchen had all that we needed. House was easy to find with simple check in/check out instructions. Host was proactive & communicated well. House could use a little TLC and better quality towels are my only remarks. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything was amazing. The home was very comfortable and our stay was great. Beautiful home. Layout perfect, and it had everything that we needed, and located in a very convenient area. This house was great! I've stayed at several home-sharing properties and this was the best so far. You can tell from the pictures how nice the house is but Ana went above and beyond. She left bottled water, coffee, snacks and even toiletries. Communication was great from the time we booked until we left the house. This will definitely be our go to house the next time we visit Waxahachie.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this property because there were issues that need addressing before it should be rented out again. Some of the issues were the main light didn’t work in the spare bedroom I used, the bathroom I used had a faulty hot water nozzle and almost couldn’t get it off, so I had to use the other bathroom that my friend was using the next day when taking my shower (was told it had issues), the kitchen sink faucet you could only use the spray setting because on the regular setting the water barley flowed, the pool wasn’t cleaned of black leaves nor was hot tub turned on along with no manual on how to do stuff was left like email stated, switches didn’t work, main bathroom door missing the knob and the toilet handle hanged so water kept running to name a few things. I know this wasn’t a brand new home, but for almost 600 for 2 nights we expected it to be a lot nicer and things in working condition. I also let the property manager know that it needed some love and care with patchwork and paint. I added pictures of a few of the issues. The one good thing was that it was located not far from the beautiful downtown area.

Thank you for your review, Kristie! The lightbulb in main bedroom was just replaced with new ones, the faucet in bathtub was also tightened today. (like you mentioned, we did give a heads up as it had just become an issue the day of your stay) The kitchen faucet remains with low pressure but the spray setting works just fine. The knob on that door you mentioned does not keep the door from working properly but we'll take a look to get it on. I checked the toilet you mentioned and did not see any issues but will keep monitoring it, thank you. Regarding the pool, it has been very windy and we also have a tree in the backyard - as you may expect, those two things mean there will be leaves blown into the pool regularly; however, we have a weekly service done to the pool so it can also be skimmed besides checking chemicals. You're correct, it is not a brand new build, but it is fully equipped with all essentials thoughtful touches as I want to make sure you are comfortable in my home. Thank you for your honest feedback as it helps make sure we address things immediately.
