The guest house is a secondary unit located in a quiet and safe community, near UCLA, SMC, and conveniently located between beaches and Hollywood. Public transportation options are easily accessible one block away. The location is also close to great schools, banks, various grocery stores and restaurants. Free street parking-no permit. Fast speed Wi-Fi is available. 100% non-smoking place (inside and outside). Drugs, pets and events are not allowed.
The unit offers essential amenities to ensure a pleasant sleep, including beds with fresh linens, a desk with four chairs, a big refrigerator, a microwave, ceiling light, closet space, and a private bathroom.
The recently renovated bathroom is conveniently positioned right in front of the unit's entrance. A newly installed private air conditioning unit is available, with the A/C pipe securely duct-taped to the shower wall for optimal functionality. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, a hair dryer, fresh towels, and toilet paper for the tenant.
For sleeping arrangements, there is a queen-sized mattress adorned with freshly washed linens, comfortably accommodating two people. Additionally, a bunk bed is provided for extra guests, and comforters can be provided upon request.
The following is a summary of the House Rules:
• Check-in is flexible, anytime from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM.
• Upon arrival, ensure that your photo ID matches the reservation name.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs are not possible due to housecleaning schedules and guest turnovers. If the cleaners finish early, we'll notify you.
• Please remove your shoes before entering the bedroom.

• A starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soaps. Additional supplies are your responsibility.
• Avoid introducing sand into sinks or the shower to prevent clogs.
• Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or non-toilet paper items.
• Only registered guests are allowed.
• No pets, smoking, drugs, parties, or excessive noise.
• Secure windows and doors when away overnight.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• Ventilate after showering; turn off the A/C when away.
