Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts
we were here 2yrs ago & returned because we loved the quiet of right after Labor Day , a more non-tourist-y feel, and beautifully appointed condo; the most cars that were in the parking lot at one time was (6)! Just a couple of “bummers” : for the first few days, the apt above us had a screaming toddler and thumping footsteps all night long… and at the same time the apt to the West of us had LOUD LOUD people also…. its like, “Jeez, with all of these empty condos, two loud groups are right next/above to us!!??!” Also first two days the ocean was full of gross green slimy stuff; after a few days it cleared up & was just beautiful though! THEN…. there were (2) days when we couldn’t use the balcony because it was SWARMING with bugs(google search mating Lovebugs?) ; last (2) things that could be improved: the toilet paper provided was terrible! I think when spending almost 4k/wk for a place that some softer toilet paper is a reasonable expectation! And the sheets (at least in master bedroom) were too small for the mattress- had to pull them back on several times a night !Anyway, We realize that owners have no control over MOST of these things, and scratchy toilet/too-small sheets wouldn’t necessarily be a deal breaker for us…. all in all, we’d def recommend this place!!!!!
