EV charger $20 per charge. Please notify me four days before reservation.
Step into comfort at our newly built, newly furnished 2-executive king suite home that sleeps up to four guests. Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay easy, relaxing, and memorable.

If you arrive before check-in, you’re welcome to leave your luggage at the house starting at 11am at no extra cost; however, pets must not be left at the property early. Just send me a message in advance so we can arrange the timing and make sure everything is set.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Beautiful, spotless and any comfort of home you could want. From the comfy beds to the well stocked kitchen we enjoyed it all. The outdoor space was beautifully done and we enjoyed that space as well. We will definitely stay here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We have stayed with Dale and Susan multiple times and cannot adequately share how amazing they are as hosts and how wonderful their homes are! What a beautiful place to stay! The separation of the bedrooms was so helpful with having a one year old with that needed to take naps and we could enjoy the living space. Every detail was so thoughtful: well supplied coffee space, all the kitchen utensils and spices, baby items, beautiful living space, and big bedrooms. We were within minutes of the zoo, shopping center, butterfly house, and other places we visited. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time staying with Dale and Susan in 5 months. We rebooked after our first stay because everything was perfect. Dale and Susan worked with us since we have dogs and were so hospitable and easy to communicate with. We will book again with them in the future. We appreciate them so much.

Absolutely, hands down the best experience with a rental! He was incredibly quick to respond and was so genuine I couldn’t have been more impressed. Open, inviting and made things so wonderful for my parents and brother/sister-in -law. We had to shift some things around just before the trip, and he was wonderful to work with and again, communication was quick and he was a really fun guy! I’m so glad destiny brought his property to us. I have a service dog, he’s rather large, but so very loving and he was so accommodating with that. We will hands down return here every single time we visit my nephew! Thank you!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Property was immaculately clean! Dale was great to work with. We appreciated the choices in different coffee types, the snacks, and a really nice touch is the robes for guests in each bedroom to use!

This home was comfortable and clean. There were helpful hints left around the house and a helpful guide for local activities & restaurants. There was a nice selection of coffee and snacks as well.

I grew up in Sturgis South Dakota. My wife grew up in Salem South Dakota. We are retired and I think hosting a house is our midlife crisis. We had no idea that we would ever enjoy it this much we have been pretty much self-employed with our last project was the building of four homes which these last two decided to keep and make short term rentals about a year ago. I kind of got into woodworking. so in the house you’ll see a chess board coffee table that I made as you enter the home, you’ll see a little sit down bench that I made. sorry we are not an event Paul there are quite a few great event halls in Sioux Falls Falls. We are just not one of them so please come in. Enjoy your stay.

This neighborhood is pretty tough to beat if you enjoy just sitting out watching traffic go by this probably is not the property for you. We have a very quiet neighborhood very safe. Every once in a while, somebody will be out walking her dog in the street and we await for the Amazon delivery van to drive-by are probably the two most exciting things that happen in our neighborhood And the best part is, we are only minutes from everything hospitals entertainment Sioux Falls fantastic downtown Events and of course, maybe not world famous But the Sioux Falls waterfalls it’s just a fantastic city in the home. You’ll find a book of our favorite places, great food, great entertainment, and all kinds of special events always

I know I keep braggingabout the house being new but you know it’s extremely clean comfortable we are one of the few rentals that is licensed and inspected by the state and the city of Sioux FallsThere’s a couple of things that makes this property I think unique it’s location we are on a large circular private road very little trafficand we are really close to everything fantastic restaurants bars, lounges casinos all kinds of entertainment. We are about five minutes from the zoo 10 minutes from downtown 11 minutes from the Falls 10 minutes from Sanford sports complex and concerts12 minutes from soccer fields and tournaments the very quiet safe neighborhood we do have I’m not sure if it’s one or two Prairie dogs they live close by somewhere If you have children, we hope you get a chance to see them , though they are very quick and then most days there is a dog that walks by apparently going to a friends house and then usually about four or 5 o’clock he walks back and if you happen to be outside he might stop stare at you for 15 seconds to see what you’re doing and then be on his way the other day we had a wild turkey walk-through the yard and about a week ago we had a deer walk on the corner of the property and we are actually in the city of Sioux Falls, I don’t know just kind of unique
