Come and enjoy our mountain modern home on a quiet cul de sac in Black Butte Ranch. This 2,346 sq ft house was remodeled in 2022 and offers four bedrooms, three baths, and a sleeping loft. Guests enjoy vaulted ceilings, an open great room with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace and a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and a cozy breakfast bar.

The Space
• Sleeping arrangements: Four bedrooms plus a sleeping loft/office. One bedroom has bunk beds that sleeps five, making it ideal for kids. The primary suite includes a luxurious wet bath and private balcony.
• Living areas: Open great room with a vaulted ceiling and wood burning fireplace.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with quartz countertops, floating shelves, breakfast bar, modern appliances (dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave and washer/dryer) and pantry storage.
• Bathrooms: Three full baths; the primary bath has a soaking tub and separate shower.
• Outdoor areas: 0.41 acre lot with a deck for private dining and relaxing. Attached one car garage and driveway parking.
• Comfort features: Ductless and zoned cooling/heating, wood burning stove, and double pane windows.

Guest Access
You have exclusive use of the home, garage and yard. Entry is via keyless lockbox. Guests receive passes granting access to all ranch amenities, including pools, recreation centers and fitness facilities. Golf, spa treatments and rentals (additional bikes, paddleboards, horses, etc.) are available for a fee.

Neighborhood / Resort
Black Butte Ranch is a private resort community set among Cascade forests and lakes about 7 miles from Sisters, Oregon. Guests have access to:
• Pools & recreation centers: Five pool complexes with indoor and outdoor pools, kids’ wading pool, infinity pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness rooms. Glaze Meadow Recreation Center offers pickleball and bocce courts, equipment rentals and a water slide for kids.
• Trails & bike paths: More than 18 miles of paved, car free paths for biking, running or strolling, plus access to nearby hiking trails. Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door.
• Sports: Two championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts and 12 pickleball courts, plus basketball, volleyball and disc golf.
• Water & adventure: Phalarope Lake for paddleboarding and fishing (rent gear at Lakeside Activity Center), and a 25-foot climbing wall at the recreation center.

• Dogs are allowed.
