NUR MONATLICHE MIETEN! Entspannen Sie am Strand, ohne direkt am Strand zu sein! Diese familienfreundliche Villa liegt nördlich des Pacific Coast Highway und 800 m von der Halbinsel Newport Beach entfernt. Vom Sunset Park Bluff mit Blick auf die Halbinsel sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß (oder besser noch 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) zum Sandstrand und zum Pazifik. Der Newport Pier ist nur eine weitere Meile südlich (5 weitere Minuten) entlang der wunderschönen Strandpromenade.

Genießen Sie ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit zwei Badezimmern, einem wunderschönen umlaufenden Balkon und einer Sonnenterrasse, Holzböden, zwei DVD-Playern, drei Fernsehern, einem Kamin, einem internen Wäscheservice und einer offenen Küche mit Marmoroberflächen, riesigen Oberlichtern und Edelstahl Stahl extra tiefe Spüle.

Another great stay at Casa Cristina🙌🙌🙌 The manager always does an excellent job attending to our needs. The location is great, only 1/2 mile from the beach and a couple from all of our favorite restaurants. We love the grounds, pools and gym. Every summer we hate to leave.

Casa Cristina continues to be marvelous— this is my 4th time staying at this property and I’m looking forward to returning soon. My husband and I traveled with my parents to Newport for the New Year and we can’t think of a lovelier place to stay. Great condo, great location

Casa Christina is a beautiful condo. Clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Steve was very helpful and attentive to our arrival time and needs. He met us upon arrival to show us the condo and complex. The pool was beautiful and the residents were friendly and open. This condo is a great location; close to the beach, town and highways. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

June ‘22 Visit

Property manager made the rental process a very smooth and pleasant experience. He was extremely helpful and attentive during our stay. Condo location is excellent with good proximity to beach, restaurants, etc. The condo is bright and airy on the third floor and has a spacious balcony that the kids loved to play on. The negatives are that the finishes are a bit dated, water pressure is poor (CA issue from what I was told), and the A/C temp must be reset every 3 hours as it has a thermostat designed for rental property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The photos of the condo are accurate so that shouldn’t have been a surprise. With night temperatures at the beach in the mid to low 60s, hopefully the A/C wasn’t too much of an issue to just tap the button every few hours (like a hotel room). See you again soon!

The apartment is characterized by many guests and rentals and is partially worn and especially the kitchen equipment is limited in number and very worn. New kitchen equipment, a new grill and general cleanup will make the apartment more attractive. During the period we were also exposed to a major renovation of the building with some noise and dust.

Thanks for the honest feedback! We are terribly sorry that the condo building had repairs to the exterior during your stay. As you are aware, we only own the condo and not the whole building, so repairs are outside of our control or notice. I am happy that we could accommodate you by an early check-out date and refund of several night's rent and refund of cleaning fee. I'm puzzled by your kitchen equipment comments and wish we knew during your stay to correct that. The community has two beautiful brand-new gas grills at the pool for you to enjoy. We did an inventory of kitchen utensils and it includes a primary set of flatware for eight (soup spoons, dessert spoons, salad forks, dinner forks, dinner knife, and steak knives), and a backup set of green plastic handled flatware for children to use. There are six pans of various diameters (one set purchased within 90 days), five pots, sets of red wine glasses, white wine glasses, champagne glasses, cognac glasses, tumblers, high-ball glasses, plastic kids cups, set of large coffee mugs, set of tea cups, set of espresso cups, dozens of dinner plates, salad plates, saucers, bowls, and even a small electric panini press.

Vacation 2013 - Newport Beach

Condo was a perfect 10! The condo was better than the pictures. The location was perfect - close enough to the beaches, restaurants and shopping but not in the middle of the chaos and partying nearer to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful! The property manager was awesome - met us on our arrival and checked in during the week to make sure everything was OK. Condo had full kitchen, washer/dryer, three TV's, great patio w/ partial view of the ocean - plenty of room for a family of four. Special touches were much appreciated - full jars of peanut M&Ms and cookies which were thoroughly enjoyed by our teenagers! Would recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of Newport Beach in a perfect setting.

Relaxing SoCal Spring

We traveled from overseas to the fair shores of Newport Beach and were very satisfied with "Casa Cristina" as our Springtime retreat in Southern California. The condo has everything you could need - this is not a scaled down empty apartment. Fully furnished with thoughtful amenities, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, two bathrooms, two master bedrooms! You could stay here year-round (and we would love to). The condo community is very close to the famous Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) and minutes away from the Newport Beach pier. There is a local Enterprise Rent-A-Car on PCH that will pick you up and drop you off. They offer great weekend deals on small compact cars. The pools and gym at Villa Balboa condo association were top notch.

Beautiful property up the hill from the ocean

This property suited our needs perfectly! It is close to the ocean, a block from Pacific Coast Highway and only a few blocks from the start of the 55 freeway. The condo itself has a nice kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, a living area and a lovely balcony area suitable for grilling, sunbathing, and outdoor dining. The place is quiet -- our neighbors were courteous and we were never kept awake by late night revelry. On the hottest days the AC worked well. The condo complex has a gorgeous common area with pools, spas, grills, and tables for our use. We had friends over a couple of times and found the common facilities clean and uncrowded and wonderful for entertaining. Adequate parking is right outside our building, usually one or two stalls from the entrance. We never had to go far to find parking for ourselves. * Was the listing description accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc ? Yes * Was the property clean and well-maintained ? Yes, the condo was clean. Not only Casa Christina, but the entire complex is nicely maintained. Bushes were trimmed, walkways swept, common area grills and tables clean, etc. * Did the owner provide good customer service ? Yes. He made arrangements for us to get into the property, leaving a note specifically for us. The one time when we contacted him regarding cable service, he went above and beyond to allow us to use a PVR. * Would you recommend this property to your friends or relatives ? Absolutely! The price was reasonable, the location beautiful, the condo peaceful and quiet with nice amenities. * What activities, attractions and restaurants did you like or dislike nearby ? Landlord has a binder full of places to go in the area, including restaurants, parks/beaches, amusement parks, etc. We particularly enjoyed just being at the property, going to the beach, and watching the new Huntington Beach Air Show.

Glad you enjoyed not only the condo but also the gated community. It's really well maintained by the staff groundskeepers and landscaping crew. The common areas are cleaned and vacuumed every week even if they haven't been used. The weather in Newport Beach means you can use the pool and jacuzzi year-round! Hope to see you next year, John!

Our 3 months stay at Villa Christina

We had a wonderful time at Villa Christina. The aparment is very bright and offers a lot of space. The community is very well maintained and the location is great (walking distance to the beach 10 minutes). Furthermore the communication was always very smooth and the host always answered very quickly. Overall we definitely recommend this place for a vacay or even a longer stay.
