Your comments on the couch and loveseat will be passed along to the owner for future improvements. For noise complaints, we both keep sleep kits (including an eye mask and ear plugs) on hand, and we also have a dispatch line available for late-night disturbances, so we'd love to encourage you to report an issue such as that during your stay -- we're here to help! Finally, for the pool, the description of this unit states that the Columbine Pool is subject to spring and fall closures for their annual maintenance, and your rental agreement had the specific dates outlined. We apologize for the inconvenience it caused you; we are not the owners of the pool complexes that we work with and have no influence on their schedule.
