All the Feels 70’s vibes 4br 3bath large yard with a playset

You can't go wrong in this 4 bedroom 3 bath house with all the feels. Great for adults and kids alike. The kids can enjoy the outside play set as well as and indoor air hockey while adults enjoy their private rooms, the front porch and the coffee bar. Perfect for families visiting Lee University or the surrounding areas like the Ocoee River or Chattanooga. This house offers lots of charm in a great safe location. The house has 3 king size beds as well as a bunk room that is a twin/full combo.
You will love the unique 70’s style kitchen and a touch of 70’s vibe throughout the house. Downstairs there will be a loft type of room with a king size bed and small kitchenette as well a bathroom and another bedroom. This space also has its own entrance from the outside or can also be accessed from inside the house. There is also a small space with a full size bed, that is not considered a “typical bedroom” but offers privacy and just extra sleeping space (see photos). There are two sets of washer and dryers in the house. One upstairs and one downstairs. To summarize the bedding situation there are 3 rooms with king size beds, 2 upstairs and one in the loft style space downstairs. There is a bunk room that sleeps 3 and finally there is a second bedroom downstairs with a full size bed.
The outside area is for your enjoyment, there is a small older play set that is usable as well as a small charcoal grill in the fenced in area. There is a small “carriage house” at the end of the driveway that is also used as an airbnb, so there may be someone using the common area but very unlikely. Those that stay in the carriage house are usually there for work or visiting their college age kids from Lee University.
