Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe to walk around at any time day or night. I walk the dog sometimes after midnight. I like to walk from the guesthouse to the greenway going through Cleveland and then maybe a mile or two on the greenway. We have at least one bicycle to use if you would like to ride around the greenway or city. We are on the side of town with all of the good restaurants to go to starting from Outback to Chedders to Olive Garden, etc., all of which are 5-10 minutes away, depending on traffic. Worried about your health? We are about 3 minutes away from the EMS and about 12 to 15 minutes away from the Tennova hospital ER. We have wetland areas behind our guesthouse towards the west and you can see the greenway during the winter and fall. Our house can accommodate up to at least 10 cars for parking since we have several spots to park and have a circular driveway in our front yard.

Our property is a wing of the famous round house in Cleveland, TN. We have all the conveniences of a VRBO property including all kitchen appliances, a brand new deck with grill, firepit, picnic table, hammock for two, and lastly for your listening pleasure, we have a set up high end fairly powerful speakers that you can bluetooth into from your phone so you can enjoy the deck area. We provide snacks, bottled water, and your favorite soft drinks. We have an almost perfect rating of 4.97 and we are closing in on almost 100 stays from our guests. We can make arrangements for a small fee for full access to the modern two pool with weight room, basketball courts, etc. YMCA where we are members within 10-15 minutes of the guest house. We have a large yard over an acre that is wooded and great for walking dogs. We are five minutes from the greenway that goes through town starting near our guesthouse and you can get in at least a five minute walk. We have one bycycle currently that you can use if you can do the hills. The greenway does not have any hills. We are on the really nice side of town where all of the shopping and great restaurants are located. We are not far from whitewater rafting, the mountains, and Chattanooga if you want some outings. We can help you find a pontoon boat rental if you want to spend a day cruising on the Tennessee rive or go fishing at the same time. There is lots to do and you can bring guests since we have plenty of free parking. We look forward to you booking with us! Alan
