Folly Field Beach 4 BR, 4 1/2 BA plus a loft! This luxury built 2nd row beach house is in an unbelievable location that is steps to Hilton Head Island’s pristine sandy beach. This location is also just a bike ride away from putt putt golf and restaurants. It is the perfect location for a family vacation, group golf outing, or weekend getaway.

This luxury beach home is fully furnished and sleeps up to 15 people (13 adults) and features high end kitchen appliances, oversized refrigerator, granite countertops, and televisions in every bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can relax in the private backyard pool.

The Master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level with a king bed and private en-suite bath. Also on the main level is a family room fit to allow for family gathering and making memories. The family room has a spacious couch and vaulted ceilings. There is a deck just off of the family room which overlooks the pool area. High end kitchen is located off of the family room and is a big open space. The kitchen has granite counter tops, an oversized freezer and refrigerator, plenty of counter space, and a cute little nook for reading or relaxing. There is a full size laundry room off of the kitchen where you can do plenty of laundry with high end machines.

The 2nd level features 2 queen bedrooms, with the third bedroom containing a bunk bed with a twin and double bed. Each queen bedroom has a futon in it that doubles as a twin bed and perfect for a child. Each of the queen bedrooms have an en-suite. The 3rd level is a loft with 4 twin beds with plenty of space, and could be a great hideout for kids! There is a nice deck to walk out on from the 2nd floor where you can sit, relax and enjoy the ocean air and breeze.

This great location offers an open floor plan from the family room to the kitchen with a huge dining table for everyone to sit around! It is the perfect location for a family vacation, group golf outing, or weekend getaway.
