Events Welcome!

Chalet Contessa is now accepting a limited number of private events for up to 30 people. This property is suitable for corporate retreats, private dinners and small wedding ceremonies and receptions. Chalet Contessa is a beautiful blank canvas for you to create an intimate event. Vail Butler does not directly provide catering, rental equipment or event planning services.  All vendors must be approved by Vail Butler and present necessary valid licenses. In the future, we hope to host larger events but the maximum number of guests currently accepted is 30 people. Please inquire directly with Vail Butler for details and pricing.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions:

Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
