We're looking for up to four mature adults who will treat our home as if it were your own. If that's you, we look forward to hearing from you. Additionally we will work personally to make sure your stay with us will be given the utmost attention!

Located approximately 500 yards to the Lionshead Gondola! If you don’t care to walk, we are steps from the Free Shuttle which will take you to Vail or Lionshead Villages, Golden Peak and the Solaris Plaza. The Lionshead gondola is a 5-7 minute walk or 2 minute ride. The Vail Village Transportation Center offers shuttles to countless destinations in the Vail Valley, including continuous service to grocery stores. The Vail Valley Medical Center and world-renowned Steadman Clinic are right next door. Dobson Ice Area is adjacent to the condo. We have an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with views of Vail mountain, a fitness room, business center and free parking!

Accommodations are: TWO high quality King beds. No sleeper sofa, so sleeps only four.

One of the great things about our unit is its street level location. No need to use the stairs or elevators! Most times one of the 4 parking spaces right in front of our door is open.

It is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit. One bath has a shower, while the other has a shower/tub. One bedroom has a Simmons ComforPedic AirCool memory foam King mattress and one bedroom has a memory foam mattress with down topper.

The living room and dining room, along with its rock-walled fireplace and comfortable leather couches, create a warm and cozy atmosphere for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes high end cookware, small appliances and anything else you might need to prepare great meals.

Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Vail Valley, we are perfectly located between Vail Village and Lionshead Village in Vail, Colorado. Enjoy a spectacular Vail vacation in the foothills of Vail Mountain, the country's top alpine ski resort high in the majestic Rocky Mountains. The beauty and serenity of the Vail Valley will rejuvenate your spirit of adventure.

One of Vail's most popular condominium hotels, we are a 5-7 minute stroll to charming Vail Village and Lionshead Village. With breathtaking views of Vail Mountain, our Vail condo is adjacent to the Vail Medical Center & The Steadman Clinic, Dobson Ice Arena and Vail Public Library, and short walk to Vail Eagle-Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Quad Chairlift and the Vail Ski School. Hop on the free in-town shuttle to Vail's wonderful restaurants, bars, shops, events, festivals and an exciting nightlife scene.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor heated pool or soak in the warm hydrotherapy whirlpool with a waterfall and fiber optic lighting. Get energized in the small workout room or relax in the men's and women's steam rooms. Pool and hot tub are closed from the end of the ski season until Memorial Day and from early October until the start of the ski season in November.
