Beach St Retreat is your Central Coast home base — a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Oceano that perfectly blends modern comfort with serious entertainment. Whether you`re here for the beach, the dunes, or just a weekend away with family or friends, this place has everything covered.

The garage has been transformed into an amazing game room. Pool table, shuffleboard, classic arcade console with 412 games, a Smart TV, and a dedicated seating area — endless entertainment without leaving home.

The backyard fire pit and seating area is perfect for s`mores and conversation under the stars. The second-story balcony has a BBQ grill and bar seating — ideal for cooking while taking in the coastal breeze.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV.
Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Queen bed, Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Bunk bed with full-size mattress on bottom and twin on top, Smart TV.
Living Room: Pull-out sofa sleeps 2 additional guests.

We provide a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and toys so you can head to the sand without the hassle. Laundry is on-site so you can pack light.

-- THE NEIGHBORHOOD --
You`re walking distance to Deltina Coffee Roasters, Efrens Mexican Food, Dune Side Deli, The Great American Melodrama, and Central Market. Oceano Dunes is a 5-minute drive and Downtown Pismo Beach is 10 minutes away — ATV rentals, the pier, and all your favorite Central Coast spots are right there.

You have full and exclusive access to the entire property — all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the full kitchen and living area, second-story balcony, backyard fire pit patio, and the garage game room. Beach gear is stocked and ready for your use. Check-in is contactless via smart lock — your code will be sent before arrival.

Max occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including daytime visitors.

Parking: One space is available in the parking spot beside the home, and a second car can park perpendicular in front of the garage. Limited street parking is also available nearby. Message us in advance if you have specific parking needs.

Exterior security cameras are present on the outside of the property.
Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old.
No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay.
Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee.
Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee.
Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee.
Our home has a max amount of 9 guest. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 9 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 9 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. We have an extra fee of $100 per person per day for any visitors over the 9th guest.
