KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
Parking is limited, and house is up a winding, single lane back country road, we recommend arriving during daytime and driving a more compact vehicle (not an F-150)

By booking, the primary guest agrees to sign the House Rules and Rental Agreement. To review the agreement before booking, message the host.

Pet-friendly: 1 dog max, 40 lbs. No dogs on furniture or beds. Bring your own pet bedding and towels. Clean up after your dog, dry them before entry, and never leave them unattended per Sonoma County regulations. Leashes required when outside.

A $300 security deposit hold is required 2 days before arrival (collected via secure link outside Airbnb; VRBO collects at booking). The hold is released after departure if no damage is reported.
