New to the vacation rental market! This home is on Lake Martin in Alabama, an incredible fresh-water lake with over 700 miles of shoreline. We call our lake house, "Lake Martin Memories", and it might just become your new favorite lake home getaway! An easy drive from Huntsville, Birmingham, Atlanta, Auburn, Montgomery, and even the Gulf Coast! Located just minutes from Kowaliga, Real Island, and Parker Creek Marinas, this 4 bedroom lake home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Positioned on a 1-acre lot with 230-feet of shoreline, there's plenty of room for water vessels, auto parking, yard games, or kids hide-n-seek. Plus, it features a private boat dock with plenty of room to tie up your boat and/or jet-skis. Bring your own water vessels, or rent from Real Island Marina or Kowaliga Marina. NOTE: If you have a much larger group and need more space, this house and the two houses on either side may be able to accommodate dates for large groups like family reunions or corporate outings.

This home will sleep a total of 14 guests. There are 4 bedrooms on two levels, each having King Beds with brand new mattresses. The kids will love the "Kids Cave". It has 2 brand new queen sleeper sofas, a SmartTV, kids games, plus there are 2 twin roll-away beds with new memory foam mattresses. All sleeping areas have Smart TV's and new white noise/sound machines for those that may want to go to bed early, or sleep in late the next morning.

The screen porch with rocking chairs and cushioned furniture is the perfect place for enjoying a sunrise while sipping on a cup of fresh coffee, or dining if you choose to enjoy a meal with with a great view of the lake. The porch sitting area is fully screened with ceiling fans, and directly connected to 2 outdoor decks with a gas grill, a Weber wood pellet grill, and a KamadoJoe Ceramic BBQ grill.
Feel free to use our outside toys and games. Cornhole game is stored on the lower deck. We have two 1-person kayaks, and one 2-person kayak. There's also a giant "lily-pad" which the kids love to play on, and we have extra life jackets of varying sizes.
There are a number of great restaurants easily accessible by boat or by car, and groceries are available at Dollar General in Central, 6 miles; Piggly Wiggly in Eclectic, 8 miles; or Publix in Wetumpka and Alexander City, 15 miles.
