"No Agenda Lake Martin" Beautifully remodeled 5 Bedroom Home on a No Wake Cove

5 Bedroom 3 full bath home, located on a beautiful cove conveniently located between the famous Chimney Rock and Chucks. Features 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 6. Beautiful water views from every bedroom. A large open floor plan, great for family entertainment and dining, also all with water views. Downstairs you'll find a "Game Room" equipped with a pool table, air hockey, dart board, and foosball. A gathering area with a large TV, foldout couch and twin rollout bed if needed, that at night time can be divided by a built in privacy curtain. We also have toddler beds and playpens available on request. Outside games include Corn Hole, Can Jam, and Giant Jenga. Dock is equipped with life jackets, a lily pad, kayaks, paddle boards, and a variety of floats and other water toys. Two large outdoor decks span the entire length of the home. Decks include a Gas Grill, outdoor dining table, outdoor couch, fire pit and outdoor TV for your entertainment and relaxation.
Feel free to bring your own boat to dock at the house or Inquire direct with owner for optional pontoon boat rental mid May.

This is our second time for this rental & one of our favorites. The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is so well stocked, the beds are comfy & a lot of board games for kids & adults. Our family had a blast. Definitely five star!

We stayed at the No Agenda lake house for the week of my wedding! The property owner was so kind and accommodating during the stressful but exciting week. Could not have had a better time; we plan on coming back next year for our anniversary because we loved it so much!

We had 10 of us there and the place had plenty of room! The beds were soooooo comfortable! The back porch and boat dock are great places to hang out. Plenty of parking, we had 6 cars.

Family Christmas Vacation

Wonderful house! The bedrooms were all spacious and nice, the living room provided a great area to cook and hang out. The lake house is in a nice quiet cove area on the water in one of the better areas on the entire lake.

Saved the day!

When are bridesmaids house for our daughter’s wedding weekend fell through unexpectedly, we found this house on Vrbo and it was perfect! Hostess was absolutely wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful to help us assure our guests (the bride and 9 bridesmaids) had a wonderful time. The accommodations were lovely. We had a beautiful luncheon and it couldn’t have been better.

Our large group of extended family stayed here for our Thanksgiving together. It was perfection! Exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, and an abundance of games and entertainment. Family vacation

We booked far in advance and communication with homeowner was excellent about house and boat rental. We had 15 family members staying at the house from 5 - 78 and everyone had a great time. There are numerous amenities for inside and outside. Home is on quiet part of lake so children were able to swim with no worries. Would recommend for any family!

Amazing house!

This house was absolutely perfect and plenty of room for the 7 couples to stay on our couples weekend to the lake. The host was so responsive and so easy to work with. Best 16th Birthday!

I took my daughter and her friends for her 16th birthday! This house was perfect in every way. It literally has everything one might need as well as the most fun water and yard activities. Not to mention the most beautiful back porch that we sat and watched football all day! I cant wait to stay here again! If you are tbinking about booking it, DO IT!

Owners Kim & Brian are parents to 3 beautiful children and reside full time in Tallahassee, Florida. After visiting Lake Martin one time, we fell in love with the area. Living in Florida we were in search of something different than sand and saltwater. After much looking, and learning the desirable areas of the lake we finally found the perfect spot. In 2020 we found our little piece on heaven on Lake Martin.

Ideal for large families or a couple families looking to vacation together. Loads of entertainment opportunities for adults and children. Safe cove to turn the children out to go swimming without having to worry about the high speed boat traffic, like on other areas of the lake.
