Welcome to our brand new duplex, just 10 minutes from downtown Greenville. This is the right-side unit (so there is no one above or below you).
Bright and welcoming, this 3 bed / 2.5 bath home offers comfy King beds in every bedroom, a Queen sleeper sofa, a private backyard patio, and plenty of room to relax! Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood setting with quick access to shops, dining, and the city. Sleeps up to 8 people.
Important: This property has a steep driveway, and unless youâre the only car parked, there is not space to turn around at the top. Youâll need to back out onto the street when exiting. It is safe and manageable when taken slowly. Once you begin backing out, oncoming cars can clearly see you and will slow down to let you exit. In our experience, drivers are attentive and give plenty of space.
Dedicated parking for 2 cars in the large shared driveway. Additional temporary parking is available on a neighboring street, about 1 minute walk from the house.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious mealsârefrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker with coffee supplies. You'll also find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bakeware, and cooking essentials. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats 8 guests.
The open floorplan of the main level has plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV (no cable provided). This floor also has a half bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the separate living room offers extra sleeping and lounge space for guests. If you need to get some work done, there is also a dedicated desk and chair.
The upper level has 3 bedrooms, all with KING beds and walk-in closets. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bathroom is located in the hallway. Ample towels, bathroom essentials, and toiletries are provided.
There is a large washer and dryer on the upper level. An iron and ironing board are provided in the main bedroom closet.
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.
The unit has a private outdoor patio, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.

A few things to note:
- If you have a larger group, the full duplex may be available to rent (check out the "Entire Duplex" listing on my profile). Although each side is very well-insulated, please note that there is potential for noise from other guests on the other side.
- Our home is located in a residential area, hosting both locals and tourists alike. You may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing roosters, or neighbors spending time outdoors. Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.
- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. We are also located along a road that gets moderate traffic during the day. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train or traffic noises in the distance. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in the main bedroom for your comfort should you need it.
- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.
- We're looking for guests who are "verified", have positive reviews from other hosts, and are over the age of 25.
- Maximum of 8 guests per reservation.
