At our home, you are less than 2 miles from I-85 for easy access to all the upstate has to offer. Our home is thoughtfully designed to provide an upscale experience for our guests both inside and out.

Welcome to Flora Sanctuary, your oasis just outside of Downtown Greenville.

Our home is designed thoughtfully to provide an upscale experience for our guests. Our space is open and conducive for gathering with friends and family alike.

Upon arriving at the home, guests may park in the spacious driveway. If you open the large rolling gate on the beautiful privacy fence, there is additional parking space.

Guests receive a private, individualized code for self-check in at the front door. The entryway is open to the main living space of the house. The living room, dining space, and kitchen are open concept, providing lots of space to be together.

~The Living Area~
The living room's jewel is the beautiful accent wall with a whimsical wallpaper pattern, which was the inspiration for the name of the house. Rest and relax on the custom emerald green sofa or comfortable accent chair. Our television is a smart tv and allows guests to stream with their services (no cable). Our gas fireplace is usable with just the turn of a knob and allows for a cozy evening in. Kick your feet up and relax!

~Kitchen~
Just beside the living room is our fully updated kitchen space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook a meal or bake. Our refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven are stainless steel. The view of the backyard out the window over the sink is delightful. Our coffee station includes a Keurig and complimentary k-cups, sugar, and creamer to start your stay off right.

~Dining Area~
The dining area is furnished with a table for 6. We include all place settings, cutlery, and glasses to set your table beautifully. Enjoy views of the backyard oasis out the large glass doors that lead to the patio.

~Patio and Backyard~
Our fully fenced backyard is perfect for gathering. The patio space includes an outdoor sectional and accent chairs for guests to enjoy. We include a propane grill and barbecue utensils for the perfect evening grilling out and enjoying the yard! Our backyard has a fire pit and Adirondack chairs to make s'mores or just enjoy time together.

~Laundry Room~
Back inside the house, just off the dining area is our laundry room. Tucked away with custom barn doors, our washer and dryer are both quiet and functional. We include detergent for our guests' use. Likewise, find an iron and ironing board to the side of the washing machine.

~Hall Bathroom~
Proceeding down the hallway, guests will find the hall bathroom, which is updated with gorgeous subway tile and gold fixtures. This bathroom includes a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination. Each bathroom is stocked with fluffy towels and toiletries for our guests to use.

~Twin Bedroom~
The first bedroom down the hall is the twin bedroom, which is thoughtfully decorated and includes 2 twin beds. These beds are made with premium linens, and we include extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Between the beds is a nightstand and lamp for additional lighting. We also offer USB chargers in all bedrooms for charging devices.

~Queen Bedroom~
Next, we have the queen bedroom. This room includes 1 queen-sized bed, sure to be comfortable for our guests. The bed is flanked by 2 nightstands with lamps, and the closet is spacious for storing luggage. The owners included a second smart tv in this bedroom for enjoying movies or shows at the end of the day.

~Master Suite~
Across the hall is the master suite, which is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This bedroom includes large custom built-in wardrobe for easy storage. The king-sized bed is comfortable, and the hunter green accent wall gives a peaceful, natural aesthetic. We include nightstands with lamps for additional lighting, and this room boasts an en-suite bathroom.

~Master Bathroom~
Wow! The master bathroom is sure to impress. This fully updated bathroom can be compared to a spa experience. The shower includes multiple heads, a bench, toiletries, and a Bluetooth speaker! The double vanity has gorgeous countertops, and the decor is second to none. Relax and pamper yourself in this space!

Guests have access to the entire home, save a locked cleaning closet.

Our home is on a residential street just outside of Downtown Greenville.

Uber is accessible at the property, but we do recommend bringing your own card since public transportation is a bit limited.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with wifi router, security camera, or smart lock.
