Casa Perla ist ein wunderschönes Haus am Strand am nördlichen Ende von Playa Guasacate in der Gegend von Popoyo. Dieses luxuriöse 4-Bett / 4-Bad-Haus liegt direkt am Strand und verfügt über einen privaten Pool, eine Rancho-Bar im Freien und einen spektakulären Blick auf den Strand, die Wellen und die Sonnenuntergänge! Der Strand ist perfekt für Familien und Freunde und es gibt auch eine tolle Brandung direkt vor dem Haus. Natürliche Gezeitenbecken sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und es gibt viele andere Aktivitäten in der Umgebung - Kajakfahren, Reiten und Angelcharter, um nur einige zu nennen. Playa Guasacate bietet auch eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und liegt zentral zu allen Stränden entlang der Smaragdküste.

Case Perla ist mit wunderschönen Möbeln eingerichtet, die alle von Hand gefertigt und aus zertifiziertem Hartholz aus Nicaragua hergestellt werden. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über erstklassige Betten, sodass Sie sicher sein können, dass Sie im Urlaub gut schlafen!

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche, das Esszimmer, das Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit 1 Einzelbett oben und 1 Doppelbett unten, während das andere Schlafzimmer 1 Queensize-Bett hat. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große Couch und einen geschwungenen Smart-TV. Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage und gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr sind auch Verpflegungspakete erhältlich. In allen Schlafzimmern ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden (im Übernachtungspreis enthalten). Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer kostet jedoch zusätzlich 25 USD pro Nacht.

Das Obergeschoss verfügt über eine Rancho-Bar, eine große Terrasse und 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Junior Suite verfügt über 1 Queensize-Bett und die Master Suite über 1 Kingsize-Bett. Die Terrasse verfügt über 2 große Liegestühle, die zum Lesen, Entspannen und / oder Sonnenbaden einladen. Die Rancho-Bar verfügt über eine Couch, Stühle und Barhocker und ist mit einem Minikühlschrank, einem Waschbecken, einem Mixer und Glaswaren ausgestattet. Dies ist der perfekte Ort, um die Sonne am Ende des Tages im Pazifik schmelzen zu sehen!

The house was amazing, very clean, the best views ever from downstairs and upstairs, every room had an amazing view. Nice big kitchen, we didn't use it because we stayed outside the entire time until it was time for bed. We ate at restaurants and brought food. The outside was just perfect. Very secure location. Wonderful home and location

This is on a quiet end of the beach, just a few minutes from the tide pools in one direction and a few minutes from a surf camp in the other direction. We really loved the layout of the home with two rooms having their own entrance and the two other rooms in the proper house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Watching the sunset every night was a joy. However, please note that because it’s western facing, there’s not any shade in the afternoon around the pool. Other than that in the mornings, we would do yoga on the rooftop deck, which was so pleasant. Next time I would take advantage of the meal service if I had known about it in advance. Also be aware of stingrays in the ocean. Not a fun experience! pool.

Beautiful beach house

Beautiful home right on the beach. We got dropped off so had no car. Need car to get around no restaurants or anything walking distance. We brought enough food to cook so that was no problem. Host helped us with a cook so all was great. The beach was beautiful !!! The drive from Managua was long and last hour to get to beach house it’s rough due to non pave streets but once we arrived was all worth it.

Excellent property, breathtaking views of the beach from every side of the house, comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Andrea the house assistant was very helpful and assisted in all house chores, including cooking, which we love doing, but it is great to have someone helping. We had a splendid mini vacation.

Magnificent Casa Perla

Casa Perla was beautiful and is in stunning condition and bug free. House management was on top of our needs. The only down fall was the front room ac is an extra 25 a day which isn’t a problem I just wasn’t made aware of it before hand. Other than that we will be back.

Best Location at the Beach!

Our family had an amazing stay at Casa Perla. House was clean, well appointed and perfect location just steps from the beach. Karina was very helpful during checkin and thru out our stay and Sonya did an excellent job keeping everything clean and well organized through the house and grounds even with a bunch of kids running around all day. We loved the pool and views of the beach and sunset from almost every window in the house. We’ve spent a lot of time in the area and this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed!

Best Family Vacation

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at the Casa Perla. The property managers helped make our trip easy by setting up our transportation to and from the airport and making arrangements for a babysitter. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. We could sit in the pool with our wine and watch the waves. Every room has a view of the ocean! We will definitely be back next year and plan to stay at the Casa Perla!

Beautiful house and location

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Casa Perla! Beautiful location directly on the beach. The in house chef option is definitely the way to go, the food was delicious and eliminates the hassle of needing to grocery shop. The bedrooms are spacious and the individual air-conditioning in each room works perfectly (power cuts aside). Will more than likely stay again!

Most Amazing Vacation Stay!

This house is truly amazing! Casa Perla EXCEEDED expectations in that it had everything a family of 8 was looking for. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge/seating areas were perfectly laid out, the individual bedroom/bathrooms offered plenty of space and privacy and the view and location of the house made it feel like we were the only people around. There is a town down the road that was fun and offered activities and incredibly dining options. Karina made sure that we had anything and everything we needed while we were there (she set up a fishing trip, helped with dining/shopping options, arranged manicures/pedicure/massage people to come to the house for a day of pampering and offered history/information on the country.) She was wonderful to deal with! Also Casa Perla offers a maid to come in and clean daily, or as often as you desire, which was amazing to come back after an adventure to an impeccable house. My family and I usually don't return to a place more than once but this place has something very special to it and we have already started looking at our calendars of when our next visit will be! I can't say enough about how wonderful and luxurious this house is. STAY HERE!!!

Absolutely amazing! It's everything and more!

The living area, bed, and baths were all very clean and taken care of. The beds and rooms are spacious and super comfy! All around great views of the beach from everywhere in the house. The bar and lounge seats upstairs were perfect for a drink and stargazing. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and the pool is the perfect place to enjoy some Micheladas (a must when visiting Nicaragua) The staff was amazing and very helpful. An overall great experience!! I highly recommended it for friends or family vacations, we were 8 people in total and it exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely fantastic!

Sometimes the words 'amazing', 'fantastic', 'wonderful', 'perfect' and others are clichés used all too freely in reviews but when it comes to Casa Perla, I am struggling to describe our time there with anything else that can authentically relay what an incredible experience it was. The house is beautiful. I was attracted by the pictures on here, which look great, but in person the full splendour of the place was revealed, set against the stunning backdrop of the beach and the Pacific ocean. The house is new, clean, smart and comfortable. It has good wifi, a nice TV, a lovely bar and roof terrace, beautiful kitchen/breakfast room with lots of windows to show off the beach and a lovely outdoor area with the swimming pool and bbq. There was hardly anyone else on the beach and we felt that it was ours yet it wasn't too far a walk to find a few restaurants and bars to enjoy sunsets or views from. There was also good security within the gated complex where the house is located. I communicated with Todd before arriving and he organised transport for us from Granada and back to the airport when it was time to go. He was also very helpful in providing details of local activities and he arranged a fishing trip for us which was a lot of fun. Dwight came to meet us when we arrived, showed us around and was always on hand if we had any problems. Both Todd and Dwight were super friendly, helpful and welcoming and we never had a moments worry. All in all, the house easily surpassed our expectations and we fell in love with the area; I would highly recommend this property, I would be shocked if you were disappointed in it. Thank you very much for letting us stay and we hope to be back as soon as we can. Steve & Jo

What a perfect location, could not have asked for anything better. The house was perfect for our surf trip. Great break right in front of the house and it was easy to get to other breaks nearby. Construction workers staring in the windows , smoking adjacent to our downstairs windows was a really annoyance The construction is 15 feet away from the home ( maybe a split lot development A few other opportunities- provide a hair dryer for each room - none available and we had to ask and have one delivered Access to laundry limited to maid only - one free wash seems inappropriate for an high end rental Manager was very responsive via WhatApp ( Thank You Todd ) We booked the option to have a chef cook dinner one evening and it was great Also enjoyed massage at the house - arranged by Todd Once construction is complete in the property next door I would highly recommend the property

Lovely home and staff

This is a beautiful house on the sand. My kids loved the pool and the beach. Kitchen was well stocked for us to make healthy meals. What really makes the house stand out though is the people who run it. They booked some wonderful excursions for us like horseback riding on the beach, a cultural tour, massages, fishing, etc. Unfortunately the only one my family was able to do was fishing (they caught a bunch of fish and saw a whale, sea turtle, and dolphins). I became ill and had to go to the hospital in Managua, ended up having an emergency appendectomy. Todd and Karina were so helpful the whole way through. The housekeeper also went above and beyond while we were stuck in the hospital. I highly recommend this place. It would be perfect for couples traveling together as each room is very private. For families I think it would be best to have the interior rooms, one is upstairs and one downstairs. The bunk room is downstairs but not connected to the interior of the main house which was a bit tricky for us so that is my advice for families. Also there is some construction next door that started at 7:30am on Monday. Hopefully that will be done soon. I believe this is the nicest home in Popoyo. Rent a truck and have fun exploring, they will deliver it to the house!

Gorgeous house on a lovely beach

Two couples shared this lovely home on the beach. First of all, the booking agent was responsive, very helpful and easy to work with. The house is absolutely beautiful as well as comfortable. Beds are great, pool showers internet, everything was great. The kitchen is fabulous. Has everything you need including Sonya to clean up your messes. Rene the poolman cleaned the pool regularly and was very helpful. Dwight checked in daily, answered questions and took care of whatever needed it. We bought cheap sea food and cooked and grilled everyday. The ocean was a bit rough for us but i believe it was the time of the year. Luxury, comfort and relaxation. Go for it

Luxury accommodations with surfing out front !!

My friends and I went on our annual surfing trip to Popoyo. We've been to San Juan, (Maderas) as well as Rancho Santana and Playa Iguana in the past. All overpriced, with crowded line ups and not many dining options. Popoyo is the up and coming area for restaurants and surfing. And the tide pools are not to be missed. As a group, we've been surfing around Central America for over 15 years and Casa Perla is the best placed we stayed in. We pre-ordered a chef, her name was Hazel, to come cook Breakfast everyday and we switched on and off from lunch and dinner depending on what we had going during the day. The food was delicious and it was no stress. Karina, the property manager was very helpful with getting a Toyota Hilux delivered to Casa Perla the day we got to the house. She also set us up with a boat to surf some of the breaks up north. The surf around this zone is great and offers both beginner and advanced breaks. Casa Perla is brand new and is located in a gated community of around 12 houses. Everyone is super friendly and each night we would socialize about the waves we caught while on the beach or in the pool, drinking beers and watching the sunset. We will be back to Casa Perla, our group finally found a place in Nicaragua we'd bring our wives and kids to !! Thank you very much- Karina, Hazel, and Sounia

We can't wait to come back

We absolutely loved staying in Casa Perla and can't wait to come back. We've stayed in some really nice homes in Rancho Santana (Casa Brown and Casa McVay) but we definitely prefer Playa Guasacate. There are so many great restaurants within a short walk or drive that you just can't get in Racho Santana. This house is just amazing as well. It was great being able to paddle out into a perfect wave all while being able to see the kids in the pool. If you are considering Rancho Santana, you might want to reconsider and give this house a shot, you won't be sorry.
