We have board games and outdoor games (badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, life-size checkers, corn-hole, ladder balls, basketball hoop, golf ball hitting on the observatory platform, etc.).

There is a Bluetooth speaker in the main living room as well as Bluetooth speakers in the screened back patio.

Every room has TVs that are hard-wired into Ethernet and all are equipped with a plethora of streaming apps. All (except front living room) are set-up to automatically sign you out of your streaming accounts after check-out.

There is a front living room and a main living room. This makes it great for those who want to watch different TV programs or separate space to do different things.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use (with 'sensitive' type laundry detergent and dryer sheets for those with sensitivities)

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully stocked, including (but not limited to) fridge w/ ice dispenser, stove/oven/microwave, tea kettle, regular dishes, plastic dishes (for kids & outdoors), serving bowls/platter, baking sheet, broiler pan, pots (incl huge stock pot), blender, toaster, insta-pot/pressure cooker (which can also be a slow-cooker), air fryer, tortilla warmer, waffle iron, wine/champagne/margarita glasses, cork screw/bottle opener, coffee mugs (incl large), knife set, basic condiments, etc.

Coffee station includes things like ground coffee, k-cups (decaf, flavored coffees, hot chocolate, teas, etc.), various types of sweetener, creamer cups, honey, etc.

Main Living Room:

*There are three bar stools that connect between the main living room and kitchen -- a good spot for those that want to sit in on TV watching, kitchen convos, or additional dining seating.

*Sofa bed (Koala brand...I bought because it got great ratings...it is foam and NOT the traditional kind that has the bar down the middle that hits your back, ugh!)
*Dedicated workspace -- includes a monitor with USB-C and HDMI cables. There's also a desk lamp and surge protector strip plugs. In addition, there is a sliding area of the desk so you can bring your own keyboard.

Backyard:
*Heated saltwater pool and hot tub (NOTE: Hot tub heating is free, but pool heating is $150 a day...this cost is because it can take up to 48 hours to pre-heat the pool)

*Pool inflatables and accessories (ex: balls, snorkel, goggles, etc.)
*Propane heater for cold days/nights (and heater(s) in screened porch too)
*Observatory platform to enjoy even more views of the valley, fire-pit (chiminea style), and/or star-gazing. There are extra folding chairs in the screened porch to bring out if you need extras.
*The back screened porch has ceiling fans, a gas grill, dining area, papasan chair to sink into, two futons to relax on, and a basket of helpful sprays (sunscreen, bug spray, insect repellent, etc.). The back screened porch also comes with a wildlife scope, for those that enjoy getting a closer look at the wildlife.

In one of the photos, you'll see our 6-foot chicken named Cluck Norris -- take a selfie with him!

We also have certain optional concierge offerings -- You can order extra home-delivered amenities, such as flowers, wine, food trays, or a local service like an in-home massage, private chef, or wine tour...and more!

NOTE: There are bee hives on the other side of the property, and I (the host) live on the other end of the property as well (property is 15 acres total). Rest assured though that we value your privacy. Bees and wasps are attracted to water, so you may see these types of insects at the pool area. I do my best to repel them, but I can't guarantee there won't be some who visit for a drink. ;-) We also do monthly indoor/outdoor pest control, but since we're out in the country there may be a bug who finds its way in once in a while. So you're aware, there is a security camera at the driveway and there are game cameras facing the woods for deer tracking purposes.

We do not offer refunds for weather, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Travel insurance is recommended.
