- The ADU is air-conditioned and heated, with temperature control from the main house.
***Settings are kept at 70F during the summer and 75F during the winter, but we are happy to adjust to your
comfort. A portable fan is also provided for additional airflow.

PET NOTE:
We have a friendly 3-year-old Malinois-Pit who shares the backyard for potty breaks. He is crate-trained and loves people, but he will bark whenever he hears the entrance door open or someone arrive — just his way of saying hello!
