Location is everything! This neighborhood offers the ultimate convenience. You're in a quiet, residential tower but are only a 5-minute walk from the restaurants, bars, and shops of Cebu IT Park.
My partner and I just love that it is close to everything, banks, diversed restaurant (love the food at the famous Sugbo Merkado), near hospital, walking distance to the police station that makes you feel super safe, salon, schools, shopping centers you name it, everything is in this area. Everything you need is within a short pleasant walk. Very convenient! It's not too quiet, it's not loud, just right.
This property is an oasis of calm. You have a serene and private retreat to return to. It’s the perfect "home base" for any Cebu adventure.
