Sun Kissed Tails is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome, with a modern coastal feel, in the Hawks Cay resort on Duck Key, MM61.

ENJOY THE POOL AND BEACH AT THE OCEAN FRONT CABANA CLUB, just a 15 min drive to Key Colony Beach. The Cabana Club has an olympic size pool, Tiki Bar and restaurant, ocean front sandy beach! Lots of fun for kids and adults! NO EXTRA FEE! Included with the rental! 9 miles from Duck Key.

The Cabana Club has the Sunday Ticket & all NFL games throughout the season! They also have more TVs in the bar!

Easy booking process and host was gracious and welcoming, available through duration of our stay.Unit: location was good, unit was clean when we arrived, easy to access with front door code, reasonably stocked bathrooms with necessities. Layout is exactly what we expected and gave our family of four plenty of space to spread out, probably more space than we needed but we had larger party at time of booking and several backed out semi-last minute. Living room furniture was tired and worn, patio furniture was horribly uncomfortable and bolts could stand some tightening. Cannot speak to how well kitchen was stocked, we didn’t cook. If you’re looking for a place to stay for fishing or enjoying the area, this is an acceptable, but not premium, unit.Pool: Here’s where things went south for us. Cabana Club is 15-20 min drive, which is clearly articulated in the listing and I figured no big deal for us as we have teens. The Cabana Club pool was far below expectations, parking was limited and tight, tough to get seats around the pool, rules were absurd and loosely enforced, food and bar were exceedingly slow. Pool staff overall was largely friendly but I overheard a phone customer complaint when I was checking in one day and employee response was, we have plenty of other paying customers and she hung up. If you care at all about the pool experience, skip this unit. Stay at a property with Hawk’s Cay amenity access.

Thank you for the 5 star review and sharing some specifics about what you loved! I'd like to address some of your less than positive comments. I personally. as well as my husband, spent two in this property in September getting it ready to list. The furniture is not tired and most of the pillows are brand new. All the bedding is brand new. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with so many dishes, pots, pans, glasses, etc, that I had trouble getting it all to fit. We supply TP, PT, laundry detergent, bleach, stain spray, dish soap, dish washing detergent, hand soap, basic cleaning supplies, sponge and bath soap. All for your entire stay. It's unfortunate that the Cabana Club was busy during the day your went. It is season and everything is busy from the restaurants to the roads and the airports. Is that our fault, too? You gave the property a 5 star review, yet you made a number of negative comments. It's very confusing to me and to potential guests as well. Had you reach out to me at all during your stay, I would have been happy to discuss any of your concerns.

Dine in one of the restaurants located on the island or it's a short drive to Marathon with plenty of additional options! Rent bikes and explore the island! Pamper yourself at Calm Waters Spa! Enjoy the covered water front patios for morning coffee and tea and cocktails in the evening
