Great Room with Wonderful View

This was our 2nd time at the yacht club. The pool and bbq and great. The barbeque and hot tub are great places to meet people from all over the world. The security is excellent and hospitable. Would not hesitate to return.

Winter break

This is the second time we stayed here and we are very happy with the R and H and mom and I drove down to the Miami district and ha a lunch an walked around it rained a little. accommodation amenities and location. We would be happy to return next year.

Great vacation at Aventura

Spacious apartment with a balcony with a great view. Aventura are has a lot offer and it is a great vacation spot. Pool is nice but crowded. You may have to be there early to find a pool chair. Management is very responsive.

Amazing place

The host Rob was amazing anything needed he answered immediately. My family and I really enjoyed it there, it was clean and anything needed for a family vacation was there. If I ever go back to Florida this is where we will stay

Termites

We ran into some troubles concerning the water not getting hot enough and saw that you also have an insect problem which looks to possibly be termites. I don’t have any images, however, there were a bunch on the couch, in the dining area where we ate, and on the walls. Some of our guest even believe they could have possibly be in the bed as well since they woke up with unfamiliar bites. Also I was accused of breaking the rope on the blinds, in which I informed Robert that it was already like that. Robert sent a video of the house which I told him to send me showing the rope not already broke but he couldn’t provide me with. Robert ask me to pay $75 for the rope which I didn’t mind paying but without proof of it I can’t pay! I informed Robert of these problems with the house and he didn’t not address them at all! Robert also called me a liar and said that he didn’t want see my face again! I will not be booking this house again!

She broke the window rope, and she said she didnt. I have pictures before the check-in and after the check out to proof, but she prefers to lie.

Early Spring Break

The communication was a bit overwhelming with the check in process. I would suggest that all info would be in one or two emails. We received multiple ( just our prefferance). The bathrooms were not fully cleaned as for there was hair on the floors in both bathrooms and the master sink drained very slow and the toilet would run constantly. The kitchen was great and the view was great off the balcony. The walls had cracks and we're scuffed up and doors were missing to some of the closet space. Maybe being remodeled? Very few towels so bring your own. Wasn't planning on it. You will also need to bring your own laundry detergent, dishwasher soap and new sponges ( so you don't use the used ones under the sink). The covid restrictions were an incovience with the 10 person capacity at the pool. Reservations have to be made and only 2 hours per reservation. The security lady at the pool was not friendly at all. The shades in the unit were extremely weathered and had black pitted spots on them. Lastly,. When going to the trash room be on guard because there was a large cockroach running loose. As for the ring cameras on this unit and the one across the hall, gave a sense of creepiness as for the unit could see your code being entered if you were not aware of it. Looked like the only units on the floor with them as well. Great view like we said but it would need some work and new beds for us to consider this rental again.

Great place for a family vacation with 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby!

AMAZING view of the marina, including super yachts and lots of other boats, beautiful sunrises and views at night. Fun pool for playing in with kids. The apartment complex is nice and the apartment is in good shape. Very little noise from neighbors, so everyone slept well. Loved that they already had a pack n play and high chair for the baby. Note that you will need to drive for sightseeing or the beach, but things are only a short drive away and grocery delivery options from Publix and whole foods are super convenient and quick options.

Great property and service!

This is a nice, comfortable and extremely well accommodated apartment. The open view to the marina is lovely. It's located close to Aventura mall and has easy access. Thanks to the owner's organization and professionalism the entire rental process was a breeze. Would certainly stay again.

Dear Tracy When I travel, I realize how stressful is to rent accommodations. Places we have never been, in countries where we don´t live, with procedures that are often simple, that became complicated by the lack of information and the language barrier. In addition the tourist wants to enjoy 100% of the time, don't want to waste a minute! Allied to this the fear that the place is not like the photos at the site and sometimes fear that the place does not even exist! So I prepared information to include the maximum of doubts guests may have, with many pictures what they will see. Every new doubt I receive, it ends updating my communication! Also I have a computer control schedule for checking all important events to advise customers about important events for all properties I manage. Glad to have reached this goal with you. I'm also very glad you took advantage of it. I would also like to comment that you have been excellent guests! I hope to be able to host you again in the near future. Soon we will be launching a loyalty program and we will credit your points corresponding to this stay.
