Jedes unserer komfortablen, von Northwood inspirierten Zimmer verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, einen Flachbild-TV, einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, ein naßes Waschbecken, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine private Terrasse hinter dem Haus, zentrale Luftdüsen und Whirlpooldüsen in der Badewanne. Ein Bad mit Whirlpooldüsen, Mini-Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Kabel-TV, Kaffeepackungen (ein regulärer und ein koffeinfreier, 4-Tassen-Topf), Kaffeefilter, Milchkännchen, Zucker / Süßstoff, alle Bettwäsche, ein Satz Handtücher pro Person , Probengröße Bad Produkte, Müllbeutel, Fön, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und private Terrasse. Wir haben auch Holzkohlegrills und Feuerstellen für die Motelgäste zu nutzen. Es gibt eine Bootsanlegestelle vor Ort und wir haben extra Piers, sollten Sie Ihr eigenes Boot mitbringen. The lakeshore area is divided into sections between the surrounding cabins & the motel. Two concerns: 1) the room was dark, even during the day; & 2) we accidentally & surprisingly locked ourselves out of the room. Since there is no management on site, it took 3 hours to get the room unlocked. Keep your room key with you at all times.

I have kayaked past this place many times over several summers and always thought it looked like a great place. I was not disappointed!Just a couple of things to note—the curtains were not working. One side was partially open and the other side was closed and neither side moved. Considering theses are room darkening, it would have been brighter had both sides been stuck open. I did get them to move after messing with it a little. Also, and this seemed very weird, is the outlets didn’t work all of the time. Example, the table lamp between the beds was plugged in to the upper socket. I plugged my CPAP into the bottom outlet and it wouldn’t work. I then plugged my CPAP into the top outlet and it worked. Then I plugged the lamp in the bottom socket and it worked. The next morning I switched the lamp and the CPAP, and the lamp didn’t work when plugged into the top socket. Similar experience with the outlet on the outside wall. All in all, we were very pleased with the place and wii, no doubt, go back again.

I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone who desires an affordable place to stay in Hayward, and plan on returning the next time my travels take back there.
