We are available throughout your stay if anything pops up requiring assistance. Please do not hesitate to contact us should the need arise !

The 3rd bedroom currently is a sofa bed, will be replaced by a queen bed starting October 8th, 2025.
This unit can host up to 8 people MAX.
We charge based on the number of guests. After 6 guests, it's $20 per extra person per night. Please enter the correct number of guests so we can prepare enough towels and amenities.
There are no closets in the bedrooms, just hooks and hangers for clothes and small baskets for small items.
Parking is only available at the assigned spot. Free/paid street parking is available. Building Management may levy fines if these rules are not followed.
Street parking is free, it is first come, first served, and we cannot guarantee availability. Please arrange in advance if you plan to bring more than one vehicle. (especially during peak season)
Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
Towels are provided for the maximum number of guests. As a small operation without commercial laundry, we can’t supply fresh towels daily. Please use the in-unit washer and dryer for fresh towels during your stay.
Must climb stairs. (Stairs both outside and inside of the property)
Late departure & luggage drop-off is not allowed.
