Other things to note
This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).

Outdoor music & parties:
• No outdoor music is allowed after 8 PM. Loud parties, live music, DJs, karaoke, and amplifiers are prohibited both indoors and outdoors.

Cameras & security:
For your safety, the property is equipped with security cameras. These records 24/7 for security purposes.
• There are no indoor cameras.
• There are two security cameras. One facing the front door, and the other facing the backyard, not by the pool.

Pets:
• We welcome pets for a fee of $90 per pet per stay. Please notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy
• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.

• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:
- $150/day to heat up to 88°F

You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Check-in/out flexibility:
• Early check-in for $30/hour and Late check-out for $33/hour, may be available upon request, subject to approval.

Property rules:
• Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. Damage to the equipment will result in charges for replacement or repair.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
• Mailbox access is unavailable.

Safety requirements:
• Guests must provide a copy of a government-issued ID and sign the rental agreement before check-in.

Assumption of risk:
• By booking this property, you assume full responsibility for supervising the safe use of the pool and spa and agree to hold the owner harmless for any damages or injuries that may occur.

By booking this home, you acknowledge and give your permission for the pool and/or hot tub to be serviced twice a week by our pool maintenance team, and for the gardener to access the backyard once a week for routine maintenance. These services may take place during your stay.
