The space is a cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom house.

As you enter, the spacious living room welcomes you with comfy couches, a ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted mini split AC and heating Unit.
The Smart TV has popular streaming apps installed (Net flicks, Hulu, Disney +, etc.). Feel free to sign into your account to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals with basic cooking essentials such as a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Guests continuously leave positive reviews about the comfort of the beds.
The first bedroom includes a King-size bed where you can also find an iron/ironing board and a TV.

The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a QUEEN size bed on the bottom bunk and FULL size bed on top! Great for families.
The weight limit for the top bunk is 200 lbs.
It has a desk, desk chair, TV, and ceiling fan.

The bathroom has bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

We provide a thorough cleaning between each guest's stay, following Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process, which always includes clean linens, blankets & towels.

The washer and dryer room is a SHARED space with the basic supplies you’ll need.
Please keep in mind if you use the washer/dryer, keep the joining door closed for privacy reasons.

Please do not disturb the guests in the rear guest house. To respect the guests' privacy in the rear unit, the backyard is NOT a shared space.
The driveway is SHARED. Your reservation is for 1 vehicle only. No additional vehicle in the driveway at any time.

The entire property is a smoke-free zone. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE! The smoke smell is difficult to remove and could affect subsequent bookings/next guests who are sensitive to the smell.
Detection of smoke will result in a $500 fine.

No parties/events/gatherings or any visitors during the day or night.

Please be mindful of noise levels and courteous to the neighbors.
