Whether you’re visiting for a beach getaway (3 miles from Manhattan Beach), a game or concert at SoFi Stadium (6.7 miles from SoFi Stadium), or a convenient stay near LAX (5.8 miles from LAX), this South Bay home offers the perfect combination of comfort, location, and value. This listing is for the front house.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming space that is professionally cleaned and fully equipped with essentials for both short and extended stays. The home includes two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cozy living area, and a well-stocked kitchen so you can relax and feel at home during your visit.

Booking Requirements
The primary renter must be present for the full duration of the stay.
Third-party bookings are not permitted.
Shared Spaces
The laundry room is a shared space with guests in the back guest suite. When using the washer or dryer, please keep the connecting door closed for privacy.
The driveway is shared as well—your reservation includes parking for one vehicle only.
Private Areas
The backyard is NOT a shared space and is reserved for guests in the back suite.
Smoking Policy
Our entire property—inside and out—is 100% smoke- and vape-free. This is to ensure a fresh environment for all guests.
🚫 Smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fine.
Noise, Visitors, and Events
No parties, events, or gatherings
Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. The front house includes one dedicated parking space located in the driveway. This space accommodates one vehicle only. The driveway is shared with guests in the back suite.
A second vehicle cannot be accommodated at any time. ⭐ House Rules ⭐️
Each rule exists because of past experiences, and following them helps ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for everyone.
Responsibility
The primary renter is responsible for all guests on the reservation.
Please make sure everyone in your group is aware of these rules.
Check‑In / Check‑Out
Unauthorized early check‑in or late check‑out will incur a $50 fee per hour (or portion thereof).
Parking
You may park one vehicle in your designated space only.
The property cannot accommodate a second vehicle at any time.
No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed.
Privacy & Shared Spaces
Please do not disturb guests staying in the back guest suite.
The backyard is not a shared space and is reserved for the back unit.
Noise & Neighborhood
This is a quiet neighborhood with vigilant neighbors.
Any reports of illegal activity, excessive noise, parties, or gatherings may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible fines.
Out of respect for neighbors and other guests, please keep noise levels low, especially after 10 PM.
Smoking & Fire Safety
The entire property is 100% smoke‑free, indoors and outdoors.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
Smoke odor is difficult to remove and affects future guests; any detection of smoke will result in a $500 fee.
For safety, no candles or incense may be burned.
Children & Safety
No one under 18 may be left on the property without adult supervision.
Please supervise children at all times.
Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises.
Care of the Home
Do not rearrange furniture or take indoor furniture outside.
When leaving the home, close and lock all windows/doors and turn off all electronics, including the AC/Heater.
Only toilet paper should be flushed.
Please do not dye hair on the property and avoid using glitter.
Use the small black towels for makeup removal.
Trash & Cleanliness
Please do not leave trash or food behind.
You’ll find large bins in the backyard:
🗑 Black – Trash
♻️ Blue – Recycling
🌿 Green – Landscaper use only (please do not use this bin)
Excessive cleaning required after checkout (e.g., large amounts of trash, heavily soiled stovetop, stained or damaged linens) will result in a minimum $100 cleaning fee.
⭐ Maintenance & Reporting
Please notify us right away if:
Something is not working or appears to be missing
You notice a leak, dripping, or water pooling
You see any pests
There is a large spill or anything that could cause water damage or mold.
Prompt communication helps us address issues quickly and keep the home in great condition for you and future guests.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left‑behind items.
Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable space for all guests.
⭐ Security Cameras
For everyone’s safety and security, the property is equipped with:
A Ring Doorbell camera at the front door
A driveway security camera
A backyard security camera
All cameras are exterior only.
⭐ Trash & Pickup Schedule
Trash day is Tuesday.
The bins will be moved to the curb on Monday afternoon and returned to the backyard on Tuesday afternoon. You do not need to do anything unless you wish to dispose of trash during your stay.
⭐ Amenities & Starter Supplies
We provide a comfortable starter supply of essentials for your stay. These items are not replenished during your visit.
A pack‑n‑play is available upon request.
Beach items—including a beach umbrella, beach mat, and kids’ beach toys—can also be provided upon request.
Please keep white bath towels inside the home only.
After visiting the beach, kindly shake off sand from beach towels, beach items, and yourselves before entering.
Place all used beach towels in the basket by the front door, and please keep them separate from the white towels.
