The TV does not have cable, local channels, or Netflix. Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts.



Storing luggage before check-in or after check-out is not allowed. There is no storage space available.



As a courtesy, we provide 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Personal hygiene products are not included.



Long stays and security deposit:

This listing is available for long-term stays (over 30 nights). For reservations of 30 nights or more, a security deposit of USD 100 per month (or proportional to the number of nights) is required to cover any potential incidents. The deposit is charged through Airbnb and, if no issues are found at check-out, it will be refunded in full within a maximum of 4 days after check-out.

Possible deductions include stained or damaged linens, broken or damaged items, excessive dirt requiring professional cleaning, or loss of keys or garage remote (if applicable). Proof will be provided through photos and cost estimates before any deduction.

Cleaning and safety protocol:

The loft follows a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Health and the WHO. The cleaning staff uses masks, protective suits, gloves, and other safety gear. Surfaces are disinfected with a bleach solution, and a steam cleaner is used on mattresses, sofas, carpets, curtains, and fabric surfaces. All units are cleaned and disinfected before and after each stay.

We give our guests independence but are available if needed. We can recommend or arrange experiences such as gastronomic tours, market visits, surf lessons, one-day tours to Paracas Natural Reserve or Pachacamac Sanctuary, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, excursions, and more.

About Barranco:

Barranco is considered the most romantic and bohemian district in Lima. It blends tradition with modern culture, offering art galleries, restaurants, bars, cafés, and one of the most beautiful coastal boardwalks. It is ideal for walks, picnics, and enjoying ocean views. Miraflores is right next door, even within walking distance. You can explore most of the area on foot. For transportation, taxi apps such as Cabify, Beat, and Uber are fast, safe, and affordable. Airport transport options include Airport Shuttle Express and Quickllama.

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability for a fee of USD 15. Early check-in is only available from 9 am, and earlier access requires booking the previous night. Late check-out is available until 9 pm. Later departures require booking an additional night.

Building rules:

The building has internal rules that will be explained at check-in.

Smoking is not allowed inside the loft or the building.

Parties are not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Loud noises that disturb neighbors are not allowed.

Hanging items or clothes from windows is not allowed and may result in a fine charged to the guest.

Any fines resulting from rule violations must be covered by the guest.

Repeated violations may result in the guest being asked to leave the property without refund for remaining nights.

Key policy:

If keys are left inside the loft, the service fee is USD 20 for the host’s transportation.

If keys are left inside the lock, the cost is approximately USD 110 due to the need for a locksmith.

Important note:

If guests stain or damage sheets, duvet, pillowcases, pillows, or towels beyond repair, the cost of replacing the items will be charged. Any damaged, broken, or burned furniture or appliances will also be charged at replacement cost.
