• Strictly no smoking or vaping inside home

• Smoking is allowed [outside only/in designated area, dispose appropriately and not on property



5. Noise

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Please be respectful of neighbors



6. Cleanliness

• Please treat the home, as your own

• Clean up spills immediately

• Dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher



7. Damages

• Report any damages immediately

• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear



8. Appliances & Utilities

• Turn off lights, fans, and electronics, when not in use

• Do not adjust thermostat, set for 73°F



9. Parking

• 8 parking spaces provided

• Do not block neighbors’ driveways or sidewalks

• No garage or side of house parking, behind wooden gate

• Lock all doors and close windows, before leaving

• Security cameras are located [front door/outside/driveway/backyard]



11. Trash & Recycling

• Follow posted guidelines for trash disposal

• Trash day pickup is every Monday (all tan trash bin) & every other Monday (white top & tan trash bin)
