This house has the most amazing views! We saw beautiful sunrises over the Sandia Mountains each morning as well as a couple of lightening storms at night. The view was always changing as clouds came in and out of the area and the colors were beautiful. We also enjoyed watching the Balloons during the festival.Plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out or be together and kitchen setup was good. Beds were comfortable and linens nice quality. Loved seeing lots of wildlife. We saw (and heard) Coyotes every evening, Roadrunners, Jack Rabbits, and several bird species. Remote yet there were a few other houses on their private gated road. One house has goats that are adorable. They also have a security company that drives by a couple times a day/night so we always felt safe.Hosts were easy to reach and responsive to questions. Easy access to anywhere you want to go.

Great view to the west.

Nice home close to the river. Good space. House can use some updates. Hot tub fits 4 adults. We had a great time there and the hosts were very responsive.

Great for Families

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house was perfect. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and the house for us comfortably. The kids loved the game room and had fun sleeping in the bunk room. The kitchen and common area was so large and made it easy to hang out and cook. The views from the deck were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The hot tub was a bonus! Communication with the owners was fast and he was very helpful and friendly. Completely recommend this house to others.

Great location and adequate accommodations! A little TLC could be used in some areas…stained carpets, dirty windows some flooring issues. We were a group of 8 and could have used more towels. The location and moonrise views are the best asset to this property!

Amazing Views

This home overlooks the Rio Grande and you can see a slice of the water through the surrounding trees; truly amazing views from the upper and middle levels. Another big hit was the game room. The family room had a great setup and everyone loved the comfy couch. Host provided a well-equiped kitchen including a variety of serving bowls that displayed lavish breakfast buffets very well. Only consistent downside was the condition of the pool -- a ton of material at the bottom and not very clear. Lastly, some security concerns with the number of cameras surrounding the property, a large dog loose within the complex (we never saw the dog leave the neighbor's house but there was no leash), and a coyote visible in the early morning about 75 yards from the downstairs door. Overall, it was a great deal for the price, and the host was responsive and attentive; they really seem to be making consistent updates on the house. Also, that view.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! We were a small group of only 5 but this place can accommodate up to 12 people without an adult issue. The pool and game room were so much fun! Can’t say enough about the gorgeous view and the privacy that you get. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as good or better than pictured. The pool was surprisingly cold. It is located near just about everything we wanted to do. The house was big enough it absorbed our 10 people. The views were fantastic.

Beautiful!!!

An absolutely stunning home with an incredible view. Stayed with a group of friends and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and listening to music at a moderate volume without any noise complaints. Close proximity to everything awesome in Albuquerque as well. Host was super responsive and everything was clean and stocked.

View from living room, expansive kitchen and deck were fabulous! Never tired of looking at it. We had some cleanliness and maintenance issues which the owner said would be addressed shortly after our departure. The Master bedroom and bath upstairs are lovely, which also has a lovely view. Carlos was a responsive host and answered us quickly. FYI: Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is a “kids” room with two bunkbeds and sleeps 6, the lower bunkbeds are full size. However there is only one full bathroom for 10 people if all beds are full. There are two full bathrooms upstairs. The house is located in a private enclave with only a few houses and is very quiet and peaceful.

Excellent setting and vacation home

Views of Sandia Mountain and setting are amazing at this property. We saw many hot air balloon every morning, which was a magical way to start the day. Kids enjoyed the game room and while we stayed in the winter time, the pool looked like a lot of fun. Communication with Carlos was great, he was able to resolve issues and offer recommendations very quickly.

Great house and location

This house was great for our family gathering of 11. The upstairs is very updated and the game room was a lot of fun. Carlos was very responsive to any questions or issues. Location was great, close to old town, downtown, Petroglyphs and major highway. The views were some of the best in the city. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in Albuquerque.
