A charming condo in sunny Sarasota! Nestled in a beautiful, quiet and well established community, Palm Aire Country Club on the Golf Side! This 2nd floor unit with an elevator, has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living area, with a desk/workspace, smart TV and plenty of seating.

The screened in lanai offers a beautiful view of the canal and golf course, that can also be admired from the primary bedroom and living area. You'll enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook your meals, a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and a pantry for storing your groceries. A new dishwasher was installed in 2024. There is an outdoor storage closet located on the same floor as the condo, that has what you need for a day at the beach; chairs, umbrella, cooler.

The laundry facilities are free for you to use during your stay and is located on the same floor as the condo, just around the corner.

Guests can enjoy the community pool and small fitness room at the clubhouse, which is located diagonally, right across the street. This area also has grills for you to use during your stay. There is also a 2nd pool down the street.

The condo is conveniently and centrally located. It is less than 9 miles to beautiful Lido Beach, SRQ Airport, UTC Mall, restaurants, banks, Publix, Target, Wal-Mart & Lakewood Ranch. You'll also enjoy shopping and dining at St. Armand's Circle at Lido Beach. There's assigned parking for you and guest parking for your visitors.
