Our 18-square-meter studio is the ideal spot for a stay in Warsaw, offering everything you need. The spacious room features a wide double bed and a comfortable sofa, which transforms into an additional sleeping space for two. It’s a perfect choice for couples or friends traveling together.
The studio also includes a table and chair, ideal for breakfast, dinner, or an afternoon of work. With a wardrobe and clothes hanging space, organizing your belongings is easy, allowing you to feel right at home. Completing your comfort is a private bathroom with a shower, exclusively for studio guests. The studio is lockable, providing full privacy and peace of mind.
You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. Modlin Airport: Around 50 minutes by taxi, with available bus connections.
Warsaw East Railway Station: 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by tram.
National Stadium Metro Station: 10 minutes by tram.
Bus and Tram Stops: Right by the building, providing quick access to various parts of the city.

The Neighborhood:
Hello,
Thank you for choosing our studio for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the studio is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The studio is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the studio door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a studio in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:
A damage deposit of PLN 400 is required.
Payment can be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or BLIK. We kindly ask you to make the payment in advance, preferably a few hours before arrival or even the day before.
The deposit will be refunded within 3–5 days after check-out, once the condition of the property has been inspected.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the deposit.


We can provide a baby cot (for an additional fee of PLN 50) - please ask about availability in advance.
