Completely renovated in 2025, Paradise Seaway contains everything you desire for a luxurious vacation making long lasting memories. The spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house features a backyard with Gulf access via Cape Coral's largest salt water lake, Finisterre Lake (<10 minutes away). With a generous lanai and pool cage spanning the custom built house, you will have plenty of room to swim in the heated pool, relax in the outdoor furniture with palm trees overhead, fish at the dock, and eat outdoors with plenty of sunshine all around. Renovated in 2025, we love inviting guests into this home. We pride ourselves on a quick, friendly communication with you. We can't wait for you to relax and enjoy the house and the SW Florida lifestyle.

When we bought our first house in Cape Coral/Fort Myers, we knew wanted more family to enjoy this location with us. Our brother fell in love with the area and bought another house in the same location. And, the location is perfect. world class beaches just over 30 minutes away, yet our backyard is where we spend the majority of the time – seeing dolphins, manatees, and plenty of topical fish in the canal or enjoying the gorgeous sunsets and kayaking the canal…this is place you need to experience. We are closer to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island than many people that live in Fort Myers! The house is walking distance to a grocery store and modern public library. Playground for kids, Football, Soccer and Softball fields are just over a mile away! All the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Cape Coral are just 10 minutes away.

Included with the house are kayaks, bikes, outdoor games that you can easily transport to the beach. Our local beach is only 12 minutes away – perfect to view the sunset over the water. Our Paradise Seaway is large enough to accommodate many family and friends, yet cozy enough for a smaller group. We welcome you to stay a week or month to enjoy the location and lifestyle that we fell in love with immediately.

Lastly, our neighborhood is extremely safe, but we have two monitored security cameras on the premises that look out at the property lines. One is in the front of the home facing the driveway, the other is in the back monitoring the fence line. The Arlo doorbell is located at the front entrance facing the front walkway and does monitor the front door activity. These cameras cannot be shut down or turned off. All external cameras are disclosed in our descriptions and intended only for the safety of the home itself as well as all guests who stay there. Upon arrival we may count the number of guests entering the home and ensure occupancy limits are being followed; just as a personal greeter would do. Cameras are not viewed while guests are vacationing at the home unless we are expecting service providers, which guests would also be made aware or we receive any messages from neighbors about excessive noise, too many vehicles or pets on the property. Turning off, adjusting, or blocking the cameras is a violation of house rules and guest will be asked to leave the property immediately. If you should have additional questions or concerns about the security of the home be sure to contact us before booking the property.
