The Space:
Upon arrival, there are 2 parking spots available for Full size cars. Plus 3 Visitor Parking spot in front of the house.

Once you enter in the front foyer, you will find a big closet where you can store your shoes, coats, umbrellas etc. After a couple of steps you will find the guest washroom.

After few steps you will enter into the main hall with open style kitchen. You will also be able to see the dining area with very scenic view to golf course right from the dining. On the left side, you will be able to enjoy the lounge area where there is a spacious, comfortable couch and a SMART TV.

Once you go up the stairs you will be able to see the 1 bedroom, to the left there is master bedroom with a separate walking closet for his and hers.

One more Bedroom is located on the upper level on the right with an open balcony overlooking the beautiful Golf Course. To the right you will notice a fully functional workplace with high speed wifi connectivity.

There is a private patio and backyard.

Down the main hall there are staircase which will take to the fully renovated basement with gym equipments. Here you can enjoy your person gym.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to all the amenities in the apartment.

The Neighborhood:
This property is situated in the community of Lakeview, near Port Credit Mississauga. Etobicoke West Mall, Stonegate Queensway and Port Credit are near by areas.
Located just steps to Long Branch Go Station, minutes away from 427, 401, and Gardiner Highway.
The neighborhood has limitless shopping and restaurant options.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop at the walking distance. 10 mins walk.
