Our home offers four generously sized bedrooms, ideal for a restful night's sleep. For those traveling with little ones, one of the rooms also boasts a comfortable crib to ensure your baby's comfort. While each bedroom has been designed for relaxation, family or group travelers will find the house perfectly suited to their needs.
Step outside on a bright day, and you're greeted by a barbecue grill, ready for a sunny afternoon picnic. Before booking, please note a few important details:
- No interior cameras are installed, respecting guest privacy.
- While our home is family-friendly, it does not come equipped with child safety features, so guests will need to supervise young children at all times.
- While we love animals, our property is not suitable for pets.
- Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.
- Our home is strictly a no-smoking environment. Violation of this rule will incur a significant cleaning fee.
- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.

We kindly ask guests to respect the following rules to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
- No smoking or vaping on the property.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am to respect our neighbors.
- Please do not host parties or large gatherings at the property.
- For the safety of children, please supervise them at all times.
- If any issues arise during your stay, please contact us immediately.
- Penalty for Breach: Violation of our rules may result in a $5,000 fine and the immediate cancellation of your booking.
