Weâre just 5 minutes walking from the beach, which lets you enjoy the ocean without needing any transportation.
-Garage and Entrance
We offer private parking for two vehicles and a charger for electric cars.
-Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen
The living room is equipped with comfy furniture and a TV with a PlayStation 5 , perfect for relaxing. Next to it, youâll find a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an air fryer, cooking utensils, plates, silverware, pots and pans. Thereâs also a frozen drink machine. In front of the kitchen, thereâs a round breakfast table with four chairs.

Master Bedroom: King bed (STEARNS and FOSTER mattress) , work area, TV, large closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and closet.
Third Bedroom: Twin bed, a Twin over Full bunk bed (single bed on top and Full bed on bottom), and closet.
-Bathrooms
The master bathroom is inside the master bedroom and includes a bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet.
The second bathroom is located in the hallway and shared by the second and third bedrooms. It includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
-Laundry Area
Includes washer, dryer, space to hang clothes, laundry sink and a safety fire extinguisher.
-Game Room
Enjoy a pool table, TV, comfy furniture, and a mini display-style fridge. Youâll also find all the essential beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, cooler, floaties, snorkel masks, and four bikes available for use.
-Pool and Outdoor Area
Relax in the pool area, which includes:
Gas BBQ with all the necessary utensils, outdoor dining table with eight chairs, outdoor furniture with fireplace and loungers perfect for sunbathing. Guest can also enjoy two outdoor games and a outdoor sitting area in the patio.
HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Before check-in, you must sign a liability waiver covering the use of bicycles, recreational activities, and general conduct in the house. This waiver releases the owner from responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guests or their invitees during their stay.
Registered Guest booking the stay must be the guest occupying the property. The number of guests reserved is the number of guests expected. Any additional guests who are not booked or pre-approved will be charged a daily rate of $300.00 per person plus additional cleaning fees.
Please note that there is no pool safety net around the pool for children.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. These times are strictly enforced to allow proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $250 per hour for any departures later than 1 hour past check-out.
Parties and events are not permitted on this property.
If you are bringing a pet, there will be an additional $50 cleaning fee.
We kindly ask all guests to treat our home with care and consideration, as if it were a friendâs home entrusted to you.
Guests are not permitted to adjust, run, or turn on/off any pool equipment. If you wish to use the pool heater, there is an extra fee of $100 per week. You must notify the host before check-in if you would like the pool heater to be turned on so that it can properly warm the pool in time for your arrival.
Exterior cameras are installed for security purposes only. They must remain unobstructed at all times. Please do not cover, block, or disconnect any security equipment, as this is not permitted.
Parking: The City of Marco Island does not allow overnight parking on the streets, and vehicles may be subject to towing. For your convenience, please park in the driveway only and avoid blocking the sidewalk. Any vehicle obstructing the sidewalk risks receiving a fine from the City of Marco Island.
No boats, motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are permitted on the property.
No Smoking: Our house is strictly non-smoking.
