Experience Fredonia like a local in this 3-bedroom,newly renovated,smoke and animal free Ranch house. Marvelous details include: 3 bedrooms: 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Our home sleeps a maximum of 6 people. There's plenty of comfortable seating in our livingroom,enclosed and screened in porch, and gameroom. We have ample of closet space in our bedroom double closets and unique cedar closet. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms- one with a jetted bathtub and shower. Guests can relax with amenities like: entire house air conditioning, a full Dolly Parton themed coffee bar in the diningroom, a drink/bar set-up, gameroom with a variety of boardgames and a fooseball/pool/ ice hockey combo. table, record player, cd and cassette player/radio, 3 tv's with Roku, (note: you need your own streaming information because we do Not have cable), DVD player, electric indoor fireplace,rolling computer desk, large closets, security, plenty of safety features, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, regular coffee pot and a single cup Keurig, a crockpot, garbage disposal, 3 season screened-in porch, bistro set and additonal seating on porch, 2 sets of outdoor patio seatings with tables and umbrellas, a gas grill ( available upon request), a propane fire table, an outdoor clothesline and a huge backyard for your enjoyment. There's an abundant of outdoor games for everyone to enjoy! We offer: a washer/dryer, 2 free parking spots in the driveway, hair dryer, curling iron, and an ironing board with a flat iron for your convenience. Our small child/ baby needs include: pack n play, highchair, toys, and a stroller. We have it all! The house is mainly one floor with the exceptions of the porch ( one step down) and the laundry and leisure room ( 2 steps down). Located in a quiet neighborhood, we are within walking distance to SUNY Fredonia and near the heart of the Fredonia business district. Our home is midcentry meets modern. The house was built by my father and other relatives. We take pride in cleanliness and hospitality. Our seasonal decorating makes you feel like you are home. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our charming, clean and spacious house.

Nancy was very quick to respond to questions about the property and an issue that arose upon a Saturday check-in. When we discovered the shower was not operating, a plumber arrived on Monday morning and took care of it. Detailed instructions were provided with a variety of notes throughout the property. It was an ideal walkable location to visit family. Would definitely consider a return stay.

Property was excellent: condition - everything was up-to-date, very nicely decorated - exactly as described in listing - location was great, centrally located to Dunkirk and Fredonia activities, Thruway, routes 5 and 20 - nice outside patio and large backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Affordable price. I had a glitch when I first got there and Nancy responded immediately and checked in a couple of times to make sure things were going okay. I will definitely reserve this property again.

We stayed for the weekend of our daughter's Senior Recital at SUNY Fredonia. The house is beautifully decorated and so comfortable - it felt just like home. I especially appreciated the fully appointed kitchen as I had to prepare some snacks for the reception after the recital. Nancy was very responsive and it was our pleasure to stay at this VRBO.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Maple House for four nights in April. From the moment we walked in, it felt incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully put together. The decor is beautiful without feeling overdone—each of the three bedrooms has its own charm, and you can tell a lot of care went into every detail.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, and the coffee bar was a standout touch—perfect for slow mornings. The living room quickly became our go-to spot to unwind in the evenings; cozy, inviting, and just right after a full day.One of our favorite surprises was the “Laundry and Leisure” room—such a fun and creative space! My Fredonia student especially loved it and made it their personal movie lounge while visiting. The sun porch and spacious backyard were also highlights. Sitting out there in the morning with a cup of coffee and a book felt like a little retreat within our trip.Nancy was incredibly responsive and clearly puts so much heart into this home. The thoughtful extras throughout the house didn’t go unnoticed—they really made the stay feel special. We also got a kick out of the Dolly-themed decor, especially since we had just come back from Dollywood—it felt like a fun little wink to our recent travels.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-appointed place to stay.

The house was great. We were couple old guys(class of 1968) back in town for college reunion of sorts. The air conditioning came in handy since it was a little warm July 31 to Aug 2. Location near college on quiet street.We ate out while we were in town but Nancy's place had everything you can imagine if you wanted to cook. Beds were comfortable and good size rooms.Can't say enough good things about the house. Hoping to stay there again next year for our annual outing.

I have stated in a number of homes that have been great, but this one may have been my favorite! Clean, comfortable and welcoming! We loved the “Dolly” theme and the record player, the coffee bar was stocked and the fridge got us started with water. Quiet street, easy access to the beaches in Dunkirk, quick ride to Lily Dale. My friends and I would gladly return to this home!!

Our neighborhood is quiet and so convenient. It's a 5 minute walk to SUNY Fredonia. There's a Starbucks literally behind our property. Downtown Fredonia is a 10 minute walk. There's so much to do! Neighbors are friendly and sincere. I love this neighborhood! I think you will enjoy the location.

My spacious smoke and pet free property is quiet,newly remodeled, well maintained, air conditioned, and has the capacity for 2 guest cars or trucks in the driveway. It's very inviting too! The home is well decorated for each season. Solar and battery lighting augments the electric lighting sources. It has a lot of amenities to make your visit enjoyable. My favorite part of the house is the laundry/ leisure room that boasts a full gameroom. There are 3 tvs throughout the home. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable. I think you will enjoy the jetted bathtub in the larger bathroom. There is a drink station that boasts a wine chiller, bar accessories, ice bucket, and a variety of glasses to serve drinks. Our diningroom has a unique Dolly Parton themed coffee/ tea bar. It's an added plus! Visitors don't have to leave the house for a great morning cup of coffee. If you want to go to Starbucks... it's a 5 minute walk to the campus. Or, head to downtown Fredonia and enjoy a nice meal at The White Inn or other fine choices. My property has a gorgeous 3 season enclosed, private, back porch. It's a great place to relax! There's 2 additional outdoor areas to sit and relax during good weather. Both areas have umbrellas to shade if needed. Another great feature is the variety of comfortable seats in the livingroom that face the 55 inch TV (We use Roku- no cable tv) and an electric fireplace. There's ample CO2 and smoke alarms throughout the house to ensure safety. We have enhanced security outside to ensure a safe visit. Our front door is coded and secure. My house is newly renovated. The majority of the house has lifeproof flooring. There's only 3 steps needed for visitors to enter our house, so it's easily accessible. Also, all stainless steel appliances are brand new. You will enjoy this Fredonia jewel!
