Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Coveted Hospitality Guest App:

- $500 refundable security deposit, or

- $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

- 1 pet: $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay)

- 2 pets: $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay)

Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

- Primary guest must be 21 or older. Groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee, regardless of group size. This is a single flat fee applied once per booking, not per guest.

- All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

My family and I stayed here for a few days and it was a very nice experience. The host was very pleasant and communicative throughout our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. It was located in a very quiet and secured building. It was very clean and included nice little extras such as body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and an electric kettle and tea bags. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was welcoming to pets. Keep in mind it’s a condo so you have to go down the elevator and down to end of parking lot to find any grass. The parking for the second car is not ideal as you have to retrieve the key from the lockbox on the other side of the building. This was difficult with unloading the second car. The place was clean but the listing is not completely accurate. The second “bedroom” that has the other king bed does not have a door and offers zero privacy to the couple staying in that bedroom as it’s completely open to the kitchen area. The bedding such as the mattress cover to each bed is a very thin plastic, you can hear every move you make in it like sleeping on top of a trash bag. The policies also state that quiet time is 8pm til 8am and at about 2am the people above our unit sounded like they were all doing jumping jacks as a group exercise but thankfully stopped after an hour. It was an okay stay for one night.
