Other Things to Note:

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Coveted Hospitality Guest App:

- $500 refundable security deposit, or

- $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay)

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



Pet Policy & Fees

Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

- 1 pet: $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay)

- 2 pets: $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay)

Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.



Age Requirement & ID Verification

- Primary guest must be 21 or older. Groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee, regardless of group size. This is a single flat fee applied once per booking, not per guest.

- All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

The apartment was immaculate. I message the host about one of the toilets not flushing they responded right back saying is it ok for maintenance to come by & I said yes well maintenance never came. Day two I sent a message telling the host maintenance never came the host said give them a few minutes well I never heard anything back from them. The check in process was a bit much especially from just coming off the road after 6 hours. The lock box is on the railing which is not visible. Just a bit much.

Very convenient location between Wake Forest and Raleigh. Economical space for our extended stay, spacious rooms and pet-friendly! Hostess very responsive when needs arose. Apartment access is through an app/digital key, so follow the thorough instructions provided before check-in. Third bedroom is not a private space and kitchen supplies are sparse. Overall good experience! Made friends at the Local 919 Beer and Wine bar on the first floor!

The property was in a really good location for us. It’s really a 2 bedroom with a den as the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a door and is wide open. It was fine for us as we really didn’t need it. The apartment was clean and lots of cabinets in the kitchen, but no dressers in the bedrooms. There are fans in the rooms that worked well. The dishwasher broke almost immediately after we checked in and despite my repeated calls to the management company. It was fixed when we saw the building owner in the lobby. Overall, we enjoyed ou stay.
