Thank you so much for staying with us at the OMI Studio and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're sorry the stay didn't feel as comfortable as you'd hoped, especially on the warm weekend nights. Not being able to open the slider for fresh air is frustrating, and we completely understand. We do our best to set expectations up front, so our listing notes that the OMI Lofts sit above a seasonal bar and restaurant with live music and karaoke until midnight on summer weekends, that the building has no elevator, and stairs are required to access our unit as well as, like most mountain homes in our area, there's no air conditioning. We know that reading about these things and experiencing them are two different stories, and your review will help future guests picture the space more clearly. We're happy to help anyone planning a stay figure out whether the studio is the right fit. Thank you for mentioning the alley entrance. First impressions matter to us, and we've passed your comments along to our owner and the restaurant so we can work together on keeping that area tidier. As for the ceiling, the exposed, industrial look was an intentional design choice by the owner, though we absolutely understand it isn't everyone's style.
