Die beste Lage in Katy in der Nähe von Attraktionen, die Katy zu bieten hat, wie das Great South West Equestrian Center (12 Minuten Fahrt) Katy Mills Mall, La Centerra auf der Cinco Ranch und mehrere Museen in der Altstadt Katy, sowie Parks zum Laufen, Wasserpark Taifun Texas, eine Meile von zwei Hauptautobahnen und dem "Energiekorridor" entfernt. Alle drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und zwei Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon für Ihre Yoga / Workout-Zeit oder für einen ruhigen Kaffee Nachmittag mit einer tollen Aussicht. Auffahrt mit viel Parkplatz.
Der private Garten mit Wasserfallbrunnen, um Zeit zusammen zu verbringen. All diese Annehmlichkeiten machen einen schönen kurzen oder langen Urlaub für Geschäftsreisende oder Familien in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft in den Katy Vororten.
Entfernung vom Supermarkt ist 1/2 Meile entfernt. Katy Mills Mall ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. La Centerra hat viele Restaurants zur Auswahl sowie Boutiquen, nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Wir zogen in ein kleineres Haus um, da alle unsere Kinder auf dem College sind, und wir haben alle unsere Anstrengungen unternommen, unser Haus so zu gestalten, dass unsere Gäste sich willkommen fühlen und wundervolle Erinnerungen schaffen. Kabel mit HBO verfügbar.

Big, Beautiful Property

We stayed here with my Grandmother before my daughter's wedding. Our first impression was "wow". The house had everything you can possibly need. Saturday, before the wedding, a we used the house as the start point for the caravan of people heading to the wedding. The Master bedroom downstairs was empty, perfect for some blow-up mattresses to lay the younger kids down for a nap while waiting to leave. Everyone that saw the house was impressed and said they should have stayed with us instead of at a hotel. So my review counts for multiple people! Very sad that the owners has this property on the market, it would have been my go to place when traveling to Houston.

You will love to have this family as your future guests. Jessica is such care person; and left my home so clean almost ready for the next guest to arrive. If I don't sell my home soon, I would be my pleasure to have you all again.

Large, beautiful home in a secluded neighborhood

This property was very clean and comfortable. It was very large for the price, with three bedrooms upstairs and a huge backyard for our little dog. The owners were great communicators and we felt like the property was a great deal. Very quiet neighborhood in a gated community.

We were honored to host Mrs, Mr Connor the place was treated with genuine care. It means a lot when your guests treat your place like their own home and we felt that from beginning to end. I am glad you took advantage of a great deal. I think teachers should get all the breaks they could get.

Family Gathering

Very good location, Convenient to local stores and shopping. Beds comfy, We could have used more towels and kitchen supplies. Nice back yard. Overall a nice stay.

It was very nice meeting Barbara and her family . Once checked in, I never heard from them again until the day of check-out. Leaving my house very clean, great guests. I knew when your daughter came to check out the house previously; she was going to tell you to reserve it. Thank you for staying.

When we arrived we found used soap in the showers and stinky sponges in the kitchen sink. The home was overall dirty, don't open a closet they are filthy. The owner provided us with one kitchen towel, and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a two week stay. The linens are antiquated, thin and don't fit the beds and the air conditioning was broken. We had to pull pillows off the upstairs sofa to sleep under for warmth, even though we set the thermostat to 99 degrees. The thermostat is so old you can't read the buttons. The towels are dollar store quality. There is no master bedroom available. The owner has it locked off and had a contractor with full access to the house working on the locked off bedroom while we stayed there. Don't plan on hanging anything in the closets unless you prefer old target hangers. I had to purchase kleenex, sponges, bath soap, laundry detergent, and a pasta pan. Unless there are 20 + people I don't need a restaurant size pasta pan. There is a mismatch of plastic glassware for your enjoyment, including a sippy cup but no actual glass glasses. Buy bottled water, the water is terrible. The ice maker was broken, there is no garbage disposal, and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The coffee table is dangerous, it is just a slab of marble resting on a metal stand and could easily slide off. The "exercise room" was filthy and filled with dead bugs. The owner confirmed our departure time due to guests coming in immediately after us, and 10 days after our departure informed me that she was unable to refund my cleaning deposit due to a carpet stain. Overall an uncomfortable stay.

We would like to extend to you our most sincere apologizers regarding your recent stay at my property, however please note that all the times you called me for all your different needs I was available and with good disposition and ready to tend to ALL your needs. Many of the details you are mentioning are hard to understand since I went out of my way to accommodate you at all times. The AC unit is working perfectly fine; I wished you would have mentioned it in one of my visits so I could have change the batteries so the panel could've light up better. The weather in March was so nice I couldn't understand why you kept the AC so cold. I find a big pleasure in renting out my Gorgeous, specious home which I could sell at any time but I enjoy seeing how family make memorable moments, especially when I read good reviews in helping all my guest with any needs or inconvenience which I demonstrated to you since the beginning of your check in.(such as having to change my calendar to accommodate your dates changes ) I feel that you are speaking out of bitterness since your deposit money was not able to be reimburse due to the carpet damage cause at the time of your stay.

Great house but but not well equipped

This place was amazing, and the house is spacious and clean in a gated community and a private location with the neighborhood . However, the house had minimal cooking supplies ( pots, pans, etc.) and the thermostat was difficult to figure out . There are 2 thermostats but found out the downstairs one controls everything . The dishwasher doesn't work properly and the dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. Also there are 2 columns with a square base molding is a bit of a hazard. Almost all of us stubbed our toe on it . Having said that I would stay here again but next time come prepared, the owners are very nice and a pleasure to work with.

Thank you for your comments, I'm so glad you were able to make family memories. I do know that new appliances sometimes are complex to figure out. I wish you would have contact me about the ac controls, but it seems you figured out the downstairs control. How ever I do feel the house is equipped with enough cooking pans for a family stay but not for a large family gathering event. I do appreciate you leaving the house fairly clean. Beatriz
